Oceanfront home on the Maine coast minutes from Schoodic portion of Acadia NP.

House was just as described. Wonderfully located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood with the bay just steps away. Host was very quick in any questions we had. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

This fully equipped house was better than promised! It was clean and beautiful and so comfortable.We loved staying here and the view was amazing!! It was easy to get to everywhere we needed to go from here and Alison was always easy to reach and pleasant. If I could give this a rating higher than 5 stars I certainly would! What an awesome vacation home!

The location was great, very private and the view was awesome. The sunrises were spectacular and the house accommodated us all nicely. Bar Harbor is just a ferry ride away or you can drive. Acadia NP is a must see. We drove to Bangor and it was a very nice drive.

Beautiful home located on the water. Everything we needed for our stay was there. Kids loved tide pooling on the rocky beach. Enjoyed evenings around the fire pit with Smores. Great family place. Restaurants are limited but what was there was quite good.

Love this place! It was so peaceful and perfect for our family of 6. They were very helpful with any questions we had throughout the entire process. Waking up to the sound of the waves and the sunrise every morning was amazing.

The Schoodic Oeninsula is a hidden gem and this house was perfect! I would totally stay again. Hosts were responsive and everything you could need was provided.

The view was beautiful with spectacular sunrises. Loved the 4 bedrooms so we could each have our own bedroom and privacy if we wanted.

We had a wonderful time at the Lobster Lodge! We enjoyed hearing the ocean waves and the view from the house. The sun rises very early, so even though there are some shades/curtains, bring an eye mask if you aren't an early riser. We had dinner in Prospect Harbor several times and we recommend Musquito Harbor Brewing Co (the portions were huge), Pickled Wrinkle,and Me and Ben's Dairy Creme (blueberry soft serve was awesome). We also ate at Side Street Cafe in Bar Harbor and they had an excellent menu. Lobster Lodge is really close to the Schoodic Acadia.This side of the park is very quiet and peaceful. It is about an hour drive to Acadia on Mount Desert Island. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us and we even boiled a lobster one of the nights. Check-in and checkout were a breeze. We brought back lots of memories from our time spent here!

Three couples traveled to Maine for vacation and this home couldn't be any nicer. Very clean home with plenty of room for all of us, very well stocked with everything you could possibly need for your stay, and a stunning location right on the water.

Such an amazing place. Our first couple of nights were full moon, the tide crashing, the buoy bell in the distance, the fire pit. It was like a story book! Just an unforgettable experience! Quik and easy communication, and extremely accommodating

If you like to relax, rent this beautiful home! We sat in the chairs by the fire & watched birds, harbor porpoises, bald eagles, squirrels, & deer. We saw hummingbirds & dragonflies. Amazing views inside the home, also!

We utilized the fire pit that overlooked the ocean every evening. If you stay in August bring bug spray! We were prepared, and so thankful we did. The flies in the evening became a little aggressive. We enjoyed the fishermen checking the lobster traps, and we were thrilled to see dolphins one evening. Watching the sunrise outside the living room window was breathtaking! The house was exactly as described and well stocked.

Property was very nice was disappointed no air conditioning was very hot and humid made for miserable sleeping conditions maybe could look into options on fixing that problem

Beautiful home exactly like the picture show. We enjoyed the sounds of the ocean all day and night, campfires nightly, and you are located close enough to Acadia, Bar Harbor, and Corea to do any activities we wanted. Host was great and responded to all our questions!!! Great family vacations I would stay again!!!

The house was amazing. The view was spectacular. The weather was perfect.

The check-in process was easy and communication with the property manager was great! She was very friendly! The house was well-stocked and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We only needed to buy a couple of condiments. The lobster pot was a nice bonus! The house also came with some fire wood and we had a few camp fires while we were there. The rocky beach is right in front of the house, so sunrises were beautiful right from the living room or balcony. The house is in a remote area so we would suggest grocery shopping in Ellsworth before getting to the house, but there were a couple well-stocked convenience stores within 10 mins if we needed anything. We would suggest this rental to others!

We had a great stay. Everything we need for our nightly lobster feast.
