Our family took a mini vacation to Aptos, having never been. House location was as described. Lots of extra amenities within the house. Good location and clean. Our family had a wonderful time and hope to try and come back again in the future.

We had an amazing stay! The house was perfect for my husband, two kids and I. They had everything we could need to make our stay comfortable and the location was a very short walk to the beach! Cricket was great to work with and very responsive. We are planning on staying again for the same week next year!

We had a great time in Aptos. The property was well maintained & had everything we needed for time at the beach including beach chairs & sandcastle building equipment. There were plenty of linens and other thoughtful items. The beach access is only a few minute walk in a residential area. Location is overall quiet, just a little day time noise from the hotel pool across the street; however sitting on the back porch provides plenty of peaceful time. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place to stay in Aptos. The house was clean, well stocked, and the hosts were quick to respond with a small issue. Great walks on the beach every morning and fun places to eat. Wonderful stay.

This property is located a short walk from the beach! So convenient for a morning walk or run. There is also an ocean view from the living room. The property is updated, very clean, and comfortable. Communication with Cricket is easy. We have now stayed here twice and plan more stays in the future.

Such a charming home! It was perfect for just the two of us but could easily accommodate another couple as it has two bedrooms. Great location with a view of the beach from the deck. From hiking to dinner in Carmel, everything one could want to do was an easy drive or short walk away. Bonus on our last evening in that from the deck, we watched a firework show from Santa Cruz!

Really enjoyed this spot! Morning coffee and afternoon wine on the top deck was great. Being able to walk to Venus for dinners. Really fantastic spot! Only minor piece of feedback would be that the mattresses are not very comfortable, but in the grand scheme of things, very minor detail that didn’t have a big impact on the trip!

My husband and I spent five nights here. Our only disappointment was leaving. It was such a wonderful, relaxing stay. The house could easily accommodate it few more people. Very clean and will stocked. The location was perfect - close to the beach with a lovely view We hope to stay again!

We spent 4 days at this property while visiting the area and we would recommend it to other families. Our family of 3 had the place to ourselves with more than enough space to stretch out and relax. The house was very clean and well furnished, and had the kitchen supplies we needed to prepare meals while we were there. The proximity to the beach was great - about a 5 min walk - so we spent a good portion of each day by the water. The rental process was simple and access to the home was very convenient. Thank you to hosts Cricket and Mike for a very pleasant stay.

We had a great 5 day stay visiting our son. The property is very clean and close to the beach! We particularly enjoyed the gas fireplace in the cozy living room and the well stocked kitchen for preparing meals! The property is also conveniently located to Aptos Village. We hope to stay again!
