This spacious, gated property affords you a tranquil escape from it all while being merely a short walk away from this exclusive area's many offerings in the way of fine dining, day trips, ocean adventures and the laid-back local nightlife.

Nestled between Captain Morgan’s Retreat & Casino and the Belizean Cove Resort, this custom-built property is on 1.7 acres and features cathedral ceilings, a full gourmet kitchen equipped to delight a master chef, excellent WiFi, a 60-inch flat screen TV with extensive cable, full laundry facilities and air conditioning – just some of the amenities you’ll have at your fingertips while overlooking the Barrier Reef with an unobstructed ocean view.

The villa was designed in harmony with the tropical climate and the unspoiled beauty of the surrounding environment. At your disposal is a private dock – ideal for fishing or relaxing under the palapa; a large covered veranda – perfect for al fresco dining and unwinding with cocktails as the sun sets and a lovely upper roof deck offering breathtaking panoramic views: ’the spot' for indulging in a romantic candlelit dinner, sharing a bottle of wine or for some early morning yoga as the sun rises over the crystal-clear ocean waters.

Housekeeping services are provided midweek on weeklong stays. We also have a helpful onsite caretaker will ensure your expectations are exceeded and that your every need is met. The caretaker lives in a separate cottage on the property.

San Pedro Town is only a 10-minute trip via golf cart on the paved road. Most guests prefer the convenience of a golf cart rental to fully explore Ambergris Caye (recently voted the 'Best Island in the World'), we are happy to reserve one for you. We are committed to making your island vacation fantasy a reality!

Accommodations include the master bedroom with a king bed and unique his-and-hers bathrooms, bedroom 2 and 3 each have a queen bed. The third bathroom is connected to the open-plan living room. The third bathroom has a walk in shower and is also connected to bedroom 3 via a door. So potentially whoever is staying in bedroom 2 would either share the bathroom with bedroom 3 via the main living area or one of the 2 bathrooms connected to the master bedroom. (Bedroom 1)

    This house was so much more than what we had expected! As you drive into the property, there is a short covered area that is somewhat “romantic”. Like. Little love tunnel. The house from the back is also beautifully designed with tropical vegetation. We were greeted by several of the locals (iguanas) which gave us a little head nod! Every room is open and very clean! I fell in love with the Chef’s kitchen! It has everything you would need, even a coffee grinder, which I was very thankful for! The windows are very grand, bringing in that beautiful Caribbean Sea to fill every space in the living area! The first deck (covered) is perfect for the afternoon sun and the upper deck is perfect for viewing millions of stars. The beds are very comfortable and we all slept like babies! (Pillows need to be upgraded though), just a small thing. Orlando was very sweet and did his best to communicate with us, he was also very attentive to our needs. We asked where to get ice and it was there within minutes! He was awesome and we appreciated him very much! The home has easy access to grocery and the city but far enough out of San Pedro to enjoy the quietness of the island. Our stay could not have been any better! Thank you, Orlando for all your help Kelin for keeping in touch Scott for letting us stay in your home! Overall, the home is well kept, well maintained and perfect location.

    We arrived at the property and we promptly met by Orlando and showed around. Orlando and his family were great. The home was everything we had hoped for and more. Clean and decorated butifully. The views were spectacular. Location was close enough to everything and far enough to be peaceful. Highly recommended.

    This property does not disappoint! The location is perfect, being close enough to downtown yet far enough to enjoy all it has to offer without the hustle and bustle. There are several restaurants, bars and resorts within minutes. The view is unbelizable! I could have stayed at the house all week and stared out into the sea. Everything was in working order and there were all of the extras needed like towels, kitchen utensils, pans, toiletries....you name it they had it ready for us. It is great for 2 couples or a family of 4. We will definitely be back again!

    This house is amazing. Everything you could possibly need and great location. The management company was so great I couldn’t have asked for better service and communication. Orlando was available at all times while we were there and made us feel very safe. I would highly recommend this property. You will not be disappointed
