Northern Michigan Vacation Getaway

We enjoyed our stay! The property is roomy, clean, and well appointed. Our only suggestion would be to add a second bathroom in the basement.

Great location for our cousin ski weekend! The kids loved the basement and having their own hang out space. We are already talking about booking again for the fall.

Our family enjoyed such a wonderful stay! Everything in the house was just as described and was so welcoming and comfortable for all. The kids loved the lower level and had so much fun! The kitchen was very well equipped and easily served our whole crew. The house is close to many fun things in Alanson - different family members loved walking down to the bakery each morning! So close to Petoskey, Harbor Springs and Lake, Michigan - So much to do! We highly recommend!

Excellent property, very clean and spacious, and very close to downtown Alanson and neighboring towns. The hosts were very kind and communicative. We plan to stay here again in the future!

Great hub for northern Michigan adventures!

This is an amazing property in a great town. Walking distance to boutique stores along with a bakery and restaurants. The game room basement had us researching for our own arcade system by the end of the stay.

The rental was ok until unfortunately we had bedbugs in the main bedroom. I did let owners know and they offered cleaning and changing up bedding . We declined offer while still there. We stayed in the other rooms in which we didn’t find any more bedbugs in those rooms. It made it an uncomfortable stay. It was very disappointing that I didn’t hear from the owners after we left. Not a single message to see how we were doing. I do have pictures of the bugs and my feet. . I have hesitation to speak unkindly but I feel now this was not acceptable. Please review and get back to me. Thank you.

We had a great time on our Northern Michigan Vacation getaway. Location very convenient to Petosky downtown, Petosky State Park and a short drive to Mackinaw City. Thought we could have a problem with only one bathroom but it was large and worked perfectly for us. Hot week we were there so did suggest to owners to provide fans for people sleeping in basement.

The place is very nice! The carpet was a little sandy, but overall the place was pretty clean. My family enjoyed the time we spent there. A possible improvement recommendation would be to add a second bathroom.

House was exactly as listed, central location and easy to get to both Mackinaw City and Petoskey. Enjoyed our stay and good setup for multiple family units.

Everything very comfortable. Location was great for biking as house was literally on the trail. Good restaurants a short walk away

We book a different location every year for our family vacation. This home exceeded our expectations and was close to every place we wanted to travel/visit. If we ever chose Michigan for our vacation again, we would chose to stay here again! Great for a family to stay with tons of activities.
