Great location, home very clean, view of lake amazing, furniture inside and out top of line.

This home was perfect for the two of us for a short cross country ski trip. The home was very clean and communication was excellent. I received a text on our check in day that it was ready several hours before the advertised check in time. This was very affordable for us, but would be even more so for a large group. We couldn't have been happier with our choice.

The house was exactly as listed and in the pictures. We really enjoyed our stay during the week of mid October. It was very quiet, the lake view was perfect and fire circle very well designed for cozy fires. Very clean and owners easy to work with, would stay again if in area.Great location to town, Hartwick Pines and nearby State Parks.

Exceptional stay at this lake front house, in all aspects. Host were very friendly and very detailed email about the house and your welcomed stay. House was very clean and nicely decorated. And fully supplied kitchen with everything you would need from dishes to appliances. Clean property, nice dock, outdoor furniture and gas grill. Short walk out to the sand bar in shallow water. Hope our dates are avaliable next year.Smith family

House was beautiful and the yard is very nice. Lake is very shallow which made boating challenging but all-in-all, a really nice house and location. Would definitely return.

What a fabulous place to stay. It has everything you could possibly need to have a great time. The owners are wonderful, the home is beautiful.

We had a great time relaxing and enjoying this beautiful home on the water. Everything from the view, cleanliness and supplies provided to the communication with the host were absolutely fantastic. We especially loved the sunrises and the little duck families swimming by multiple times a day like they owned the place lol. Highly recommend. We plan to book next summer

Even tho it was a rainy weekend, we still had a wonderful relaxing time. We love it here.

The cabin was spotless and beautiful inside. We had 5 guys and had room for four of us on beds and one of us on the couch. The beds and couch were very plush and comfortable.Plenty of dishware and miscellaneous condiments for use. Host provided a full welcome document with what we could or could not use as well as local recommendations for food. Host also had a Blackstone for use which was clutch for doing some grilling in the winter.Overall a great host and I would recommend this location to anyone.

Great location right on the water

This is our second stay here. We love it! Cabin is remodeled and very clean. Everything is well appointed and well labeled! Would highly recommend!

Our family of 5 LOVED this home! It was so clean, so accommodating and communication with Kathy was excellent. The extras in the kitchen and bathrooms was so appreciated! Our kids (ages 10, 8 & 6) said it felt just like home and were very sad to leave. My husband had excellent ice fishing and my girls and I had fun wandering through the mercantile down the street. I would highly recommend this home! Being able to park in the garage was an added bonus!

We had a great time. Did some ice fishing and just enjoyed playing games.

Husband son and friend stayed for a golf week and loved it. Hope to stay there again next year

First of all I should say excellent communication with Kathy property manager in addition to this the place was completely spotless and clean location was phenomenal directly footsteps from the lake lots to do in the area including personal items at Walmart .. 5 min away.. minutes away

This house was fantastic for 4 of us to get away for a golf weekend. The house was as described. Furniture and fixture were all high quality, which you do not always get in short term rentals. Beautiful spot I’d like to visit again. We were not in the house much but the time we were we were comfortable.

The property was too close to the sand bar. No real swimming for adults. Water too shallow. It was a great place to relax with relatives and share big family meals. Kitchen very well stocked.

My family and I made wonderful memories in this home. This house felt like a home to us. It was exactly as described and pictures. The home had absolutely every little odds and ends we needed to complete our stay. The owners were quick to reply and very kind. You will not regret renting this property. The views and local access was perfect.

Nice place just wished the water would have been a little deeper.

The location is great. The house is spotless. The host answered all of my questions quickly. Enough towels and such were provided for normal use so i didn't feel the need to do laundry daily

We had an overall nice weekend. Sad it rained but the place is well stocked and supplied. It was nice to be able to use the garage. Since all adults sleeping arrangements were a little off. The tv was a walk thru from the masted
