Terrific house! Well appointed and very clean. We had everything we needed. Bedrooms are both nice sizes. Location is fantastic- walk to beaches and an easy drive to Newport. Easy to get in touch with hosts.

Pristine - Amazing attention to details and amenities; perfectly located to Easton's Beach and walkable to many restaurants. Host was easily accessible.

Check in was flawless. The kitchen was stocked well. The bed was very comfortable. It was a very quiet street and a relaxing place to stay. We didn't go to the beach because of the weather but we could see it was within walking distance. We will stay there again if we return to Newport.

This property is nicely situated in a quiet neighborhood but within easy access to Newport and other attractions. The cottage was very clean, nicely decorated, with the two bedrooms/bathrooms at opposite sides of the house. The owner was aways very responsive and most helpful. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

The house exceeded our expectations. The place was spotless upon entry and everything a couple like us would need to make their stay comfortable was available. The bathrooms were great, and the bed was comfortable. I was unsure about the neighborhood from my internet research, but boy my concerns were unfounded. The neighborhood was quiet, tidy and very walkable. We were able to walk restaurants, the beach and the Cliff walk. And Newport is just a few miles away. I would highly recommend this property to couples, small families and maybe two couples, with no children. My wife and I need our own bathrooms when we travel (domestic tranquility!) and this house was perfect for us.
