Newly built modern country home in North Fork

We had a wonderful time at this house! We had three small children total and a few couples and there was plenty of room for all. The beds were all comfortable and large. The kitchen was great - we didn't do much cooking but we could have and it was great to have a large, open pantry for our snacks! The backyard and pool were sunny and perfect for entertaining young children. The house had some pool toys, puzzles, games, and books, which were really helpful for our group! We also appreciated that the owners were extremely responsive to all of our questions and small requests that popped up. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Best family vacation house we’ve ever rented! The house is a new build so everything is in perfect working order. We loved the pool and the area was ideal for everything - for adults and kids. The owners were also the best folks we ever worked with. They made everything easy and simple from beginning to end. Their recommendations were perfect for the kids and the adults. The accommodations and supplies were generous and of high quality. You’d be hard pressed to find a more perfect vacation place for a large family. We were 6 kids and 6 adults. We had plenty of space and beds, children toys and pool air devices, beach towels, and the list goes on. This house will not disappoint you in any way.

The house is beautiful and spacious, new and open. Beautiful heated pool. Plenty of empty closet space and cabinets. Great location and very comfortable. Hosts extremely responsive.

The house was very spacious and clean. The pool was modern and clean with electronic pool cover. Definitely a plus. Great for families. Close to many restaurants and wineries. Hosts were receptive and available.

Perfect house for a large family or multi-generational get together like ours. The house, property and pool were spotless and spacious. The location is great with easy access to surrounding towns, vineyards and farms. Host gave clear and complete instructions and were always available!

This is a new home with six bedrooms which was ample space for our three-generation extended family; pool patio and deck, outdoor table with umbrella, gas grille, wide-open living room space opening to dining area and large kitchen area with countertop seating. Hosts/owners were hyper-responsive with answers to our questions which were very few as a complete property/area guide was left in the kitchen. They also provide a resident beach parking pass which we did not have as a perk when we rented another property in this area last year. We will definitely look to book this property again if we return to the area next year.

Stayed in the Summer of 2023 with our family of 12. Really enjoyed the thoughtful layout of the house and beautiful pool. Easy access to multiple wineries, breweries, and farm stands. Day trips to Shelter Island, Southampton, and Cooper's Beach were all enjoyable. The owners were accessible and were extremely gracious and accommodating.
