Family friendly house with pool & walk to the beach in the heart of NOFO

Fantastic house for our weeks stay — totally equipped extremely family friendly !The owners could not have been more accommodating “10’s” on everything— super responsive- couldn’t recommend them more highly !

My family (six adults and a toddler) stayed here for a week, and it was exactly as pictured—spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The backyard and pool were a wonderful bonus, and we especially enjoyed using the BBQ and dining outdoors. The home was well-stocked with towels and cookware, and very child-friendly, which made our stay even more comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short drive to Cutchogue, the vineyards and Peconic Bay. I would absolutely return and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a place to stay in NoFo.

My family (kids 9 & 7) stayed here for two weeks and we had a wonderful time. The house is clean and well kept, the pool and backyard are great, and we loved the short walk or bike ride to the beach to watch the sunsets. The owners were very nice and helpful with any questions we had. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to spend time out in NoFo.

It was the perfect house! Very clean and uncluttered with a big kitchen and a beautiful back yard. Just a block from the beach, it was a great location in a lovely neighborhood. Host was very responsive to all questions that I had. Would definitely stay there again!

We stayed here for two weeks with our toddler. It was the perfect place for us - incredible location, very spacious house (it's actually more spacious than the pictures make it look), great pool and yard, and the hosts are very communicative & flexible. They were willing to bend over backwards to make our visit as smooth as possible.

I had a great long stay for the full month of August. The house is very comfortable, in a great location. The beach at the end of the road is lovely and the pool is terrific. The hosts were very responsive to all my questions and just very nice overall.

The house was in a perfect location for a weekend on the north fork…so close to wineries and farms, and right up the block from the beach! We would definitely come back on our next visit. Hope to enjoy the pool next time!

While we, unfortunately, didn't get to spend a ton of actual time in their home, we had a wonderful stay! We didn't meet the owners but they were very friendly and accommodating through the phone. The house was very clean and updated with a nice heating system and lots of extra cozy blankets, etc. (we were here during a cold, stormy Nor'easter so this was a huge plus for us). Would love to come back in the summer and use their nice yard and pool and check out the beach as it was so close. I feel like the value of this house is amazing for the price of the area. Would recommend this home to anyone!
