NEW POOL! Luxury waterfront! Rainbow Charm ***GAME ROOM!!***

I would never stay here again. When we arrived the sheets hadn’t been cleaned (lots of hair on the sheets). Also the duvet was missing a cover and was dirty and not washed. They did come to change the sheets bet that wasn’t enough. When we arrived three of the four air conditioners didn’t work and they tried to fix them with no luck. One of the bedrooms has a hole in the floor that you can hear constant loud dripping throughout the night. Worst vacation rental I have ever stayed at.

We had an amazing time at Rainbow Charm! The property is spectacular. We spent all of our time in the pool and diving into the Caribbean. Chris was so quick to respond to any questions we had. We rented one of the cars from the property and it was super convenient. Having the bikes and kayaks available was awesome. The house had everything we needed. We will absolutely be back to visit again!

It house is very nice! Beautiful location. ACs didn’t work great (but we also didn’t mention this to the owners) The house wasn’t cleaned very well which is why I knocked off a star. Floors were dirty, trash left in rooms, and pool area wasn’t picked up. Besides that the house was nice, the pool was great for our family! And the location was fairly central for us. If you are older or have mobility issues. This house is not for you (not the case for my family but wanted to put it out there for others)

We had a fantastic trip. Had a couple of bumps here and there but the owner was very good with communication and fixed any issues. 2 of the 4 in our party have been to Eleuthra before so we knew going in what to expect. The house was very nice and the pool was great addition. We loved swinging in the hammocks and the breeze was fabulous. We lost power 1 time and having the generator was great. Within seconds we had the generator turn on and keep us cool during the raon storm. Overall we had a great trip.

We had a fantastic stay at Rainbow Charm. Communication was great with the property owner. The house was clean, the pool was wonderful, and the view was priceless. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This property was exactly what we wanted on the Caribbean. Perfect views, beautiful pool and I wish we could have used the kayaks! It was too windy and wavy to use the water toys but we enjoyed the pool and saw turtles swimming by. This is a perfect location to get both north and south. Thank you, we will be back!

Celebrated our anniversary here and loved the island location - lucky enough to see the sun rise and set from the same spot! The perfect sized pool deck has everything you need to chill out and let your cares drift away. Loved the hammocks, bean bags, comfortable furniture, picked a different spot to sit and read every day. Thankful for access to the car and used it to explore the island every day! Highly recommend checking out Spanish Wells, Receiver's Beach and Ten Bay Beach. Appreciated being able to make some meals in the up to date kitchen to save some and loved grilling up lobster tails on the gas grill! Thankful for the Starlink internet and impressed it handled Netflix at night and checking in with the kids on text. We'll be back for sure!

Great location and very good for families and couples alike. You cannot beat the views, the pool and the quiet if you are looking for relaxation. The host and the caretakers alike were responsive, helpful and acted like they were glad that we chose to stay a the house. Some confusion about the logistics (mostly mine!) but questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. My wife and I have some suggestions for the owner that we are offering in regard to housekeeping, maintenance and wildlife for their consideration. For the most part we enjoyed the nature, the lack of distractions and the limited communication to the outside world the most.

This was our second time staying at Rainbow Charm and both times was wonderful! Chris was always responsive and the location is perfect! The house has everything you would need and the living room is super cozy. Can’t wait to come back a third time!!

The house is incredible! The pool is incredible! We had such an amazing stay! The house is really close to three grocery stores, a liquor store and some great beach restaurants. Being able to swim, fish and paddle board right out back was so convenient and fun! We cannot wait to get back and visit while staying at this property!

Great property. Awesome deck and views. Snorkeling was tremendous. Saw stingray, turtle and plenty of fish while snorkeling. Nice and centrally located. House was nice and clean. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

As much as the house has a lot of charm,and relaxing view, its owner and the associated services are awful. The local team is really rude and unprofessional. we dared to ask for bed linen because the duvets don't have duvet covers neither pillows covers and smell of sweat, she almost threw them in our faces. General hygiene and cleaning is questionable. We have all been bitten, in the beds (bed bugs) but also in the sofa and outside, there are fleas and bugs everywhere. Mices and cockroaches are also part of the party and not be willing to clean the kitchen top free of mice droppings that are flagrant is scandalous. The swimming pool is unsecured. And when we raise issues we got insulted. Fortunately we are philosophers and have been able to appreciate the beauty of this island. Avoid this house and the team like pest, you can only find better as many listings are available. As for the owner in many years using the service I never had such a bad experience. I booked his listings in advance and he constantly harassed me to book the car as well. Which I did to please him and for him to stop bothering me however at the end of our stay he continued with his bullying techniques by harassing us to return an airport car earlier than the rental agreement aligned with our flights. He is proud to advertise it as a professional listing run as a “business” but the basics are not there especially letting us leave our luggage before the checking time which many accommodate.
