New Build! Beach Front Luxury House w/Ocean Views & Breeze

We had great family weekend vacation at this property. The house clean, spacious and in great condition with enough rooms and common areas! The location is excellent with easy access to the beach. stores, and restaurants. The sunsets are nothing less than spectacular from either one of the spacious balconies. Would definitely rent again!

The home was so nice and spacious! The kids loved the bunkbeds and the cozy gaming area. I would definitely stay there again. Nick did a great job of staying touch. Excellent vacation!!

Host was good,cute house decorated real nice. Couple of thing I did not like. Was NO HOT WATER!!!all the bed mattresses were terrible it was like sleeping on just spring boxes. 2 of the room’s upstairs didn’t even have ceiling fans which at night it would get hot we would have to leave the door’s open.and the WiFi was terrible as we’ll!

This house was beautiful and perfect for our family! Love the balconies and amazing views! Beach access requires you to walk a few houses down along the road to the beach entrance. Would have loved to have had a walkway from house to beach. There are stickers in the grass and the younger ones got stuck in some. The bar stools on main balcony were perfect. The lounge chairs were great on the upper balcony but would have loved a few barstools up there as well for best views. Overall this was a wonderful house for our big family. We had a great time and plan to return!

The location was absolutely perfect! The house was beautiful. Communication with the Nick was fantastic! He responded with minutes. The house is very family friendly. This was our kids first time at the beach and would definitely recommend this house! We can’t wait to come back!

Great place to relax with family. quick access to the beach

We stayed here for spring break with family friends. The house had lots of space and accommadated the 4 adults and 8 kids. My only suggestion would additional outdoor seating on both decks and maybe some swings underneath! Otherwise the place was great!!

The house should not be listed as new, although nice, it is not new. For the most part as described. Starting to show wear and tear from rental use.

Great location directly on the beach. This is part of the beach where cars can drive park FYI (in case you have littles). The home was great - very spacious, well stocked and updated. Perfect for 2-3 families and good for all ages. It was quiet location and very serene. You can access the beach 2 homes down so it was very easy.Highly recommend and would rent again!

House is beautiful! Host is amazing & helpful. Water heater went out & he had a new one installed the very next day. Very suitable for large family, there were 11 of us & not one time did we feel crowded. Weather was cold & rainy but this house made it easy for all of us to be very comfortable the whole time.

We were two families with 8 kids ages 8-17 and had a lovely two night stay at this property. Location is excellent and the property was great for families with kids. Communication with Nick was great and we will definitely consider staying at the property again!

We needed a place for our three children and their families to join us for Thanksgiving. The 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms accommodated everyone! We enjoyed cooking in a well equipped kitchen adjoining the living area!

Beautiful home in a perfect area. A must stay

We had a reservation that was canceled by another host two days prior to our trip. It turns out that it was the best thing that could have happened to us because we ended up getting a last minute reservation here. We have been to various locations along the Texas coast many times and this was by far the best first row home we have ever stayed at. It is meticulously cared for, exceptionally clean, has all necessary amenities, and the layout is wonderful. Our family didn’t want to leave. We will be looking to rebook this same location any time we come back to surfside. A boardwalk directly to the beach would make this property absolutely perfect, but since the walk to the public access point is so close, it really is not a concern and doesn’t reduce how great this property is. You also don’t want to miss the views from either of the large decks. They are stunning! So glad we found this place!

Great house. Enough room for our family. We ranged in ages from 85 to 8 years old. Steps from the beach. We chose to bring paper goods to cut down on washing dishes but the house came with plenty of dishes and cookware. Everything was as stated in details of the house. The house looked just like the pictures. Will definitely stay here again.

The house has ample room with all the essentials provided.Good communication with host .Pleasant stay overall.

Great time even with the atorm

The property was very nice. My family and I had a wonderful time during our stay. The host checked on us but didn’t make a nuisance of himself like other host I’ve had to deal with. That made the trip more enjoyable not having to be tied to the phone thinking the host is trying to contact you. We had a great time! Overall I’d like to stay again!
