New beach house 1 block from ocean w expansive island views

We loved this high rise house by the sea! Beautiful view and away from the busy beach but not far to walk to. Perfect location. The only complain would be the freezer in the refrigerator did not get cold enough to keep food frozen. They should replace it with a new one.

Very nice beach house. Close to the beach. Our family enjoyed it. Will definetely rent again.

Matt the owner was great! Matt responded quickly and also made last minute accommodations for us. The house is in a great location and the house is very comfortable. Checking in was very easy. We will come back.

Great beach house rental. Well equipped, everything was clean and in working order. Nice view and cool breeze out on the front deck. Owner was very easy to deal with. Hopefully will have a chance to rent again.

Overall a great place and enjoyable stay!A few suggestions for improvement:Consider installing a keypad lock — having only one key for multiple guests was a bit inconvenient.It would be helpful to note in the listing that the elevator is for owner use only.An updated list of supplies provided (e.g., paper towels, toilet paper, etc.) would be appreciated so guests know what to expect.

We vacation in Surfeside 2 time per year and by far this is the best beach house no doubt..price was cheap compared to any one bedroom house when this one had 3 rooms..recommend 110%

We had such a great time enjoying the weekend at surfside! We spent the majority of our time out at the beach, but the house was well stocked for all our meals and a great setting for accommodating a larger group! Thank you and we can’t wait to be back at the beach more this summer!

Nice and spacious close to the beach would stay there again

We loved our two night stay. The property was very well kept. Very clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed. I appreciated a well furnished kitchen and very comfortable beds. Thanks for a great stay!

I stayed in this home for a couple of days with some friends and our kids age 3,5,6 and 14. The house was very clean, well stocked and had a beautiful view of the beach. There were lots of towels and supplies and the kids loved all the board games in the house. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

WE so enjoyed our stay at this beach house. It was a great location, beautiful decor, loved the two balconies, plenty of amenities with a pretty view of the ocean. We could walk to the pedestrian beach or drive down to the city beach. There was plenty of space for everyone to hang out and relax. The beds were super comfortable! We'd rent this house again.

This was our third year staying at surfside and our kids all agreed this has been their favorite house. Great location, house had everything you need and communication was great. Would definitely book here again.

Place was super clean, and quiet. Beaches were close to the property, and were easily accessible by foot or car. Great place overall, would stay here again.
