Near State Parks! Crystal River Home w/ Hot Tub

House is beautiful. Comfortable. Hot tub was a great amenity. Too cold for the pool.Upon arrival we could not open the house but responsible parties wuickly dolved the issue. Would return.

Very nice home. Enjoyed our stay. Had some internet issues. Might I suggest a K cup machine for coffee. Most have them.

Great location, quiet, secluded yet only a short drive to anything we wanted to do. Comfortable with plenty of room and great to have 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom.

Its exactly like the photos show, I will absolutely love to stay again. Perfect location. Pool and hot tub definitely a plus!! Made great memories. Owner is the best!! The manager was difficult to get ahold of and she was only a phone call away she she needs a better system.Their cleaning lady was very friendly, respectful and helpful. Sue D.

What was an absolutely beautiful property and had everything that does listing stated. I would recommend updating the picture of the front of the house without all the construction. The front of the house is absolutely beautiful now with all the greenery and trees and everything. But the house the pool the hot tub or absolutely awesome

Lovely property surrounded by nature

Amazing house with great amenities. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay in Crystal River. Pool was fantastic. Location was private and enjoyed seeing a deer or two with our morning coffee. Home was clean with plenty of room for everyone.

This place is truly amazing. I have always stayed in places on the water and thought I’d miss hearing it, but this is now my new favorite place to stay. It was spacious, there was a bathroom for every bedroom, several entrances to the lanai, and some essentials were provided, like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The pool is much bigger than in appears in the photos and was so relaxing. The host was great at communicating things that I needed to know, I can’t recommend this place enough!

This location was very private. Pool was very nice. Really didn't use the TVs. Did use the dishwasher and just the dryer for our wet pool towels. Lots to do in the area but we explored further. Overall was a nice place to stay. Our only complaints were the air conditioning filters should have been changed and the primary Master bedroom's floor was dirty.

We Loved this property!! It was amazing!! We had a couple snags… but the property manager and owner were on top of our issues and we were very satisfied with the resolution!!! Thank You to alll!!!

My husband and I and our 3 girls stayed here for 3 days and enjoyed every moment! The place was clean and spacious and the pool and hot tub were amazing after a long day exploring. Perfect for nature lovers. We woke up to dear every morning right in the yard. Very peaceful and relaxing and tons to see around the area. We’ll definitely be back!

We had four adult women and it was a great house with 3 full bathrooms and 2 big comfy couches.The house had nice updates it was very clean and it even had a crockpot for our dip night!!The hot tub was an extra nice bonus!Very nice house!!!

This house is gorgeous, clean, and better than the photos! The backyard is omg beautiful. The hot tub was everything after an all day fishing charter! The way the woods surround the pool and have been cleared underneath so you can see way in there makes you feel like your in Jurassic Park. We saw deer running thru in the early morning. I love the way they have door from pool to the bathroom. Great idea. Plenty of lights and ceiling fans in the house and outside. We very much enjoyed our stay here. It was about a 20 minute drive to crystal river. That is where our fishing charter took off from. There is a boat ramp very close to the house. The pots and pans are like brand new so you don’t have to worry about bad cookware. Actually everything looks brand new in the house. It was super clean!

We really enjoyed our stay.

Nice, new build, tall ceilings and VERY clean. Privacy was great with pool area overlooking the woods, no neighbors in eyesight. Springs and tubing, swimming and scalloping plus other attractions all within 30 minutes drive. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. Only down sides were well water and I am picky, but didn't love the primary mattress. Would definitely return!

Located near Crystal River. This is the perfect place for a family to rest and relax between events. So clean and the pool/hot tub are perfect!

The home is new and very nice. The pool and hot tub were perfect. We would have given this a 5 star rating however there was one thing we couldn’t get past and it was the smell of the water. It is on well water and it has a softener and everything. However the water smell was overwhelming. Otherwise the house was great. Two masters and 3 full baths. Beautiful.Also there were a lot of cameras on the property however we were able to cover the two that pointed at the pool and hot tub. For privacy of course.

Very clean, layout is perfect for multiple people, thoroughly enjoyed the pool, very private with woods all around. Even saw a deer. Tap water had a smell so would recommend bringing bottled waters. All around loved the place and would definitely stay there again. Thank you.
