Stayed Jun 2, 2023This property was well suited for 4-6 people. We liked how the rooms were on opposite sides of the house. The first night we were there, the water stopped working. I immediately let the owners know and they sent someone out to repair the main line. I would say it was out for about 5 hours. Overall our stay was comfortable and we would stay there again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969My husband and I came here for a little getaway for our 22nd anniversary. Salt and Light is a place where you can come to relax, watch the beautiful sunsets from the back porch and enjoy the peace that brings! Many other things to do but we stayed in most of our time here. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay more comfortable and we were so thankful for the cleanliness and all the extras that are provided. Would highly recommend this place to others and stay here again in the future!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had an amazing time at Salt and Light Beach House! Beautiful, comfortable, clean, and spacious, this beach home was the perfect getaway for us! We set out to find a place to relax and recharge and we found it! Salt and Light has the most beautiful views, including amazing sunrises and sunsets. We enjoyed long walks on the beach, took in quiet walks in the neighborhood, and ventured over to to Galveston for some delicious seafood. Our Hosts provided everything needed to make us feel like this was truly our place for the time we were there. Their attention to detail was a true blessing. The kitchen was fully stocked with beautiful dishes and cookware. The home was outfitted with board games as well as a television in each room. We were most surprised by the great night of sleep we received on the super comfortable bed in our room. It was hard to leave Salt and Light, but we look forward to visiting again soon!
