Great stay for a family celebration. The house was immaculately clean on arrival, kitchen was well stocked. Views were spectacular , waking up to see stately elks walking down the road nearby. Communication with house manager was prompt and helpful. Would highly recommend this property!

Unique property, everything is thoughtful from the extra towels to the fully stocked kitchen, this place is just really well thought out and turn key. The sauna, hot tub, game room, etc. it has it all. Views are fantastic, neighborhood is awesome. I will be back!

This VRBO was amazing! Nine of us stayed there for a guys’ weekend and had a really great time. The kitchen is really organized, clean, & functional. The 4 person steam shower is amazing for both pre and post hot tub sessions.The host was super kind and easy to work with. We’d definitely come here again!Really great location too, easy to get to & from the Denver airport.

We loved our stay in this beautiful and grand home. It was so well suited for our family time over the holidays and we appreciated all of the amenities included in the home. Everything was well appointed, comfortable, and it made our trip a true pleasure. The hosts were extra thoughtful and communicative. This is a spectacular property and we hope to be back.

Our family had the best time staying at Cold Springs Ranch. Cristine and Mike were wonderful and we knew they wanted us to have a great time. The house was comfortable for 10 adult sized people. The kitchen was well appointed and we made good use of the appliances. We enjoyed the amenities and the wildlife we had the good fortune to see.

We stayed for the week of Thanksgiving and had an incredible stay. The house is amazing with every possible amenity you could imagine. I would say a true test of a kitchen is how well is can support Thanksgiving dinner preparation and this kitchen did not disappoint! Dealing with Cristine was a breeze. She was transparent and communicative upon booking and throughout our stay. Any minor issues were quickly resolved and we couldn't have asked for anything better. Everyone in our party was comfortable in their surroundings, found plenty to keep them entertained and the home and surrounding property were truly and wonder. I would highly recommend this property and we are already looking forward to our next stay!

Everything was literally perfect

Our project team needed a quiet and comfortable place to stay and work together on a critical project, and Cold Spring Ranch was perfect. There was enough room for everyone to have their own space while still being able to gather conveniently to collaborate, and then unwind after full days of work. The home was super clean, thoughtfully designed and decorated, and the setting was beautiful! Our host was consistently prompt and personable in all of her communications, making the whole experience 5 stars. We really could not have picked a better place to achieve what we set out to do. Our experience exceeded all expectations. Members of our team repeatedly commented on how amazing the place was (inside and out), and we look forward to our next opportunity to return.

Our family had a wonderful time at the Ranch. The house and property was amazing and far exceeded our expectations. Cristine is the best host we have ever experienced. We had an minor issue with one of the ovens her dad Mike was there within a half hour. We had Mike over for dinner twice we so enjoyed him. We will definitely stay here again. This was the best VRBO property we have ever booked. 1000 stars would not be enough to rate this property.

Great property

If there was a 100-star rating, that would have easily been our choice. We lack the superlatives to adequately describe how fantastic this gorgeous property is. Often in online reviews, the people tell you what activities they did in the area where the home was located. Well, we never left the property once during our stay.The house is breathtaking in two remarkable ways. (1) When you are inside and look out, the gorgeous Colorado scenery is a testament to the glory of God's creation (2) When you are inside and look around, the spectacular surroundings of luxuriously comfortable furnishings with every accoutrement imaginable both stuns and delights you.There were six of us - women who share a special bond of faith and friendship - and we found ourselves exploring the home and property with speechless with excitement (a real paradox!) as we took in the smallest details of graceful elegance and the widest expanse of panorama vistas. Every guest need and comfort has been meticulously anticipated. Every corner of this prodigious home was spotlessly clean, thoughtfully equipped, and beautifully decorated. Nothing was missed; everything was supplied.What made our stay even more meaningful was the gracious, enthusiastic, and personal treatment we received from both Cristine (property manager/Mike's daughter) and Mike (owner). Their countenance, kindness, and communication were superb. Next time, we will stay longer and enjoy this slice of heaven on earth

We had a great time at this property! This house has everything you need to accommodate your family in a very nicely appointed huge property with tons of space. We met the owner who was very friendly and accommodating. The property has an awesome game room with ping pong, shuffle board and billiards. There is also a hot tub and a sauna which we also enjoyed.This property is set on a multi acre lot which had a frisbee golf course on it which my teenage kids and my wife and I had a great time playing.We also saw lots of wildlife from deer to a herd of elk! It’s close to Red Rocks amphitheater and the expressway but has great views of the mountains and you feel like you’re far away from the city but everything is a short drive away.This property is phenomenal and the host is very friendly and answers any questions quickly.Would definitely stay here again!

From start to finish; from initial contact to post-stay hellos, everything was above and beyond expectations. I rarely bother to review things because I think the new expectation that anything less than 5 stars is bad is terrible for all-involved. This experience really was 5-star . The photos don't do it justice, and I can't say enough good things about the fine people that own, manage, and maintain this magnificent property. If you love the mountains, and you're looking for an incredible property for family and friends to all enjoy; look no further. I know we'll be back.

Cold Springs Ranch was a dream. Our kids had a blast and the parents relaxed in all of the luxury that the ranch offered - from steam showers, to beautiful bathrooms, to every detail thought of and accounted for. Close to lots of activities like Denver Zoo, Rocky Mtn National Park and Dino Ridge. Will definitely be back! Cristine is a wonderful host.

It's as good as the pictures. It was a fantastic home base for my group. Most of the rooms are well sound-insulated, so if you have a mix of night owls and morning people, everyone can get a good night's sleep. The amenities are great, it was clean and well-stocked. And the property manager is awesome, too. :)

They thought of everything to make our stay memorable. We had the pleasure of meeting Mike, the property owner who lives nearby. Mike brought us a welcome gift and joined us for dinner on Sunday. The property is exactly as advertised. Beautiful house and views. All the amenities one could ask for. If you enjoy relaxing and cooking this is the house for you. Plenty of room for large groups. The house is perfect for a get away with friends and family.

Our group of 9 guys had an awesome time at this mountain house in Golden! All the rooms were super comfy, and the place had everything we needed to kick back and enjoy. We made full use of the amenities—ping pong and pool, plus the sauna, steam room, and hot tub were perfect after a day of exploring. The house was really clean and well set up, which made it even better. There’s also some great hiking nearby. Definitely a great spot for a fun and relaxing getaway!

Great property and very communicative host.

We stayed for a weekend to celebrate my daughters birthday and the home was perfect. Spacious, luxurious and far better than I could have ever expected. The host was one of the best I have ever dealt with.

The absolute best place I've stayed in Colorado. The house is gorgeous and has everything you would ever need for your stay. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. We were able to easily venture out to the ski resort, Denver, Golden and Boulder because the house is conveniently located with direct access to I-70. But be careful about how much you plan, because once you are at the house, you won't want to leave! If you are coming to the Denver area for any reason, this place will not disappoint! Thank you, thank you to the host and their team for making our stay for my wife's 50th birthday a memorable one for all of us! We will definitely be coming back.

Mike and Cristina are superb hosts. The house is amazing and so well equipped for entertaining and spending quality time together.

I convinced a small group of my best friends to fly across the country for our annual boys trip (upper-30s aged group). I was a little worried if this house was gonna be too good to be true, because I've had a bad experience once before with a too-good-to-be-true listing... Well this house was even better than they made it out to be! Lots of room for different activities. Everyone had a comfortable bedroom to stay in. The house was clean and well stocked, and everything worked well. We got an unexpected snowstorm and were confined to staying inside the house for part of the trip, and it was so fun and comfortable in there. My only regret is I just wish we got to really see and play on the little disc golf course they have set up on the property, which was covered in snow which came in right before our stay. Thanks so much, Cristine and Mike, for clearly putting a lot of though and effort into making the house great. Hope I get to come back and stay there again sometime!

Great location, wonderful views And fabulous house

We had a group of friends gather at the Ranch for a long weekend getaway and it was everything we had hoped for and much, much more. There is a small family of deer that seem to live near the property.--we looked out the large picture window at the front of the house and they were right there--it was almost unreal! This property is so unique in that it appeals to ALL age groups. There is a playhouse and play area for younger kids, tons of activities for older kids/adults (ping pong, shuffleboard, foosball and pool inside the house and a hot tub, horseshoes and frisbee golf. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO A VACATION HOME WITH A 5-ACRE DISC GOLF COURSE, ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!!) We visited in October when the leaves were changing and it was as beautiful as you can imagine. We had great conversations at the fire pit at night and then got to enjoy a clear sky full of stars from the hot tub. It really doesn't get any better than this. My family has traveled the world and stayed at some amazing short-term rentals but there's something special and unique about Cold Springs Ranch. If you're trying to decide if this is the house for you and your dates are available, BOOK IT NOW! I promise, you won't be disappointed. The team that takes care of this home is meticulous in making sure the house is spotless and that everything is functioning like it should. This was the perfect location for day trips to the mountains and downtown Denver. This was a dream vacation for all of us and we will be back!

We loved everything about this house. We were there for a milestone birthday gathering with 9 friends. The house is so new and clean. The rooms were large, had everything you could think of needing and more! It is the perfect home for a gathering of friends or family. It was close to hiking, Golden, Denver, Boulder and the hosts were so kind, even dropping off a birthday gift! We kept thinking of all the reasons we could come back with our families to enjoy the house even more. One friend even commented, can we just stay in this amazing house and not go anywhere! There is a hot tub, sauna and steam shower, games, large gathering spots -- the absolute best house!

Beautiful property and surroundings. Great spot for a friends weekend! The kitchen was top notch, loved the sauna and hot tub, and we experienced nature on the front deck each morning as we saw deer, birds, bunnies, and of course, a mountain view!

The cabin was amazing. Everything you could possibly want or need was provided. Each room was awesome. The views were astonishing from every vantage point. The outside grounds provided entertainment for the younger ones from the playhouse, slide and especially rock hunting! It definitely was a perfect place to stay and create family memories!
