Mountain Luxury: New Modern Home with Stunning Views and Private Rooftop Deck

Wonderful place, excellent location, everything you could need. Clean, well put together, lots of space, etc. Would highly recommend. Perfect home base to explore the Salida region and enjoy some skiing.

A wonderful place to stay while visiting Salida for the weekend! There was plenty of space for our family to spend time together and the views from the deck are amazing. The kitchen was well stocked...we had everything we needed to make our meals. It was an easy walk to downtown!

This was a great house for our long weekend in Salida. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to make meals for our group. We especially loved the big table — wonderful meals eaten and games played around that table! The hosts communicated well during our stay, too!

The property is exactly as pictured, plenty of space for all the guests. The rooftop deck is huge. Easy walk to downtown Salida.

Everything about our rental was excellent. We especially appreciated the timely repsonses we received from Heather and Even when we had questions prior to our arrival. We were seven family members in town for a wedding and this house was great with the amount of bedrooms and bathrooms available for 7 grown adults.

The property is excellent for all things Salida! Very close to grocery store, trails, Riverside Park, Arkansas River access, and multiple water activities on the River, and local shopping!Very spacious property with all the necessary amenities and an awesome large outdoor deck Patio (2nd Level) with plenty of outdoor seating. You will love your stay!

Lovely, spacious home. There were 6 Adults in our group and we had plenty of space for working on line as well as dinner, outside deck, and of course bathrooms. Garage access was an added bonus. We were able to walk to town, Catholic Church and coffee shop/bakery. Fantastic mountains are nearby for other adventures.

Love this property! This was our 6th time staying here. Great location, beautiful space, and perfect for catching up with friends. Great response from our hosts as well. Very communicative and accommodating based on our groups needs!

Nice home on a quiet street within walking distance of downtown Salida or less than a minute’s drive! We stayed with three kids (ages 6-9) and a set of grandparents. The bunk room and unexpected toy closet were a huge hit! The master suite is upstairs, which is something to keep in mind if traveling with older family members. This is a clean home and well cared for by its owners.

This was our second year staying at this great house! The layout is great for our group of 8. All the beds are comfortable, and there are plenty of towels and blankets. It's an easy walk into town and just a 30-minute drive to the ski area. It's a little hard to regulate the temperature between upstairs and downstairs, but with plenty of blankets, ceiling fans, and/or windows to open, it was not a big problem. We would stay again!

A beautiful and clean property! Decent location in Salida, but very spacious and modern. Bed mattresses are hard and not the most comfortable, but the hosts were so responsive and helpful. An awesome stay.

Excellent home close to downtown Salida and easy to get to surrounding attractions

Very nice and clean place. Well appointed and very comfortable for four adults and three kiddos. We had a great time and while it is not exactly downtown Salida, it is definitely walkable.

We had a great . The home was perfect for us. myself and my for adult and teenage kids. it's a short stroll to downtown and just a little walk from the River trail .

This modern house was fun to stay in and use as a base for our hiking vacation. Its central location helped us enjoy several great hikes near Salida and made it very convenient to hike near Buena Vista. We especially enjoyed the rooftop deck!
