Miros is a great host, with awesome personal touches and great communication we’d definitely stay again. We enjoyed playing ping pong, and watching movies on the projector. Only word of caution, there are not many places to eat, 2 of the restaurants are closed on both Tuesday and Wednesday which left us with only one place to eat. But the house has a well stocked kitchen if you grab some groceries before arriving.

The hot water to the bathrooms could have been better. It took longer than expected to get hot water to the shower and sink. Otherwise, the place was great and for our purposes was an excellent choice.

This has been the best stay we have ever experienced. We'll stocked, very clean, lots of space, lots to do, and the best host leaving gifts for the granddaughter and Popsicles sure made all of our experience the best!!!

Yes the national park was close. We also had access to multiple fishing spots going there as well as Fenton Lake. All the rooms were clean and ready for use. The kitchen had everything we needed. My wife and friends enjoyed the Hot springs down the road, we visited a winery in the area and of course bought the wines from Ponderosa Winery. We were all surprised to find the lower level. We did not discern the rooms in the photos were a downstairs area.

Miros was a wonderful host with hot chocolate, wine, and bottled water waiting for us. The kitchen was well stocked, as well.

The view from the front and back was beautiful. The town and the locals were nice, and a lot of good food for its size. The place is really close to many state and national parks. The house had issues. The beds were not comfortable. The plastic mattresses covers made them noisy and hard to sleep. Limited linens, one bath towel per person and there were extra pillows but no pillow cases. It may be due to the rain, but there were mice in the house and running around the stove and counters. The host was very responsive before the trip, but when I texted her about the mice, she took 4 hours to respond (9am to 1 pm). The note that says This property is in a rural location and the neighbor has some farm animals which can be heard from the property means that there is a rooster about 50 ft from the house and crows at 6 am.

Our trip was family getaway for a memorial service, and this was just what we needed. River access was great, and it was lovely having breakfast/coffee outside. We loved the large patio and the fun things the house had to offer: ping pong, games and movie screen. Any questions were quickly answered. Close to the village yet felt pretty private. I would recommend - thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Mom's Place. It started when we pulled up and saw the beautiful garden with the magnificent colors out front. We enjoyed the house with all its room, and the backyard and deck. What a great place to have the morning coffee and just sit and watch the mountains! The game room was a big hit with our grandchildren. Miros was wonderful to work with and very accommodating. We will stay here again if we make it back to Jemez Springs.

Well maintained, clean, cozy, quiet, and a short drive to town. The river runs just behind a block fence in the backyard. The river can be heard while sitting on the elevated back deck. This property is a great place to stay!

The house was clean and well stocked with enough room to spread out. Location was close to town. The kids enjoyed the creek and we had a lot fun here. The host was great and reached out to see if we needed anything. Would recommend.

The place and the proprietor make this the kind of vacation rental that we all hope for when booking online. As with ALL these types of online bookings the layered fees have gotten so out of hand...especially for guests that make the effort to keep a place clean and leave it so. But Mom's Place is reasonable if you book well in advance. Thank you host Miro for the communications that surrounded our stay.
