4-bedroom house in enchanting Jemez Springs on river

Great house and location. Better room descriptions would help families plan sleeping arrangements better. Great place!

The location of this home is perfect! Listening to the river on the back deck, quick walk to Jemez Mountain Brewhouse and the hot springs, and gorgeous views of the mountains in the front and back! The only thing that would have made it better would be screen doors so that you could leave the doors open for the mountain breeze and the sounds of the river without inviting all of the bugs in :)

The house is in a great location, with a terrific wrap-around porch. The kitchen has plenty of pots/pans to cook a full meal, with some pantry items. Beds are comfortable, and the house smells fresh without any perfume or scents. I was a bit worried about renting a pet-friendly property, but furniture was hair & stain free.

The outdoor deck area was wonderful, as was the access to the river right at the edge of the property. Rooms were fine. Location of the property was great. Owner was helpful with questions we had prior to arriving. Minor issue - leaky faucet in upstairs bathroom needs repair.

My family and I were so happy to have a place to stay for a long-overdue family vacation. Only complaint was the heat, but that is what we get for planning a trip in July! The house had a window AC unit and there were plenty of fans. We were a large group but were very comfortable. The view was spectacular. Loved enjoying my cup of morning coffee on the back porch with the river flowing just steps away. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

We had a wonderful visit to Jemez Springs and the space was perfect for a large family vacation. We are very appreciative to have been able to enjoy this beautiful area with our loved ones!!
