Modern spaces and unspoilt nature, cottage pool and garden 3 km da Lucca

My family had a lovely stay at Roberta's home. The house was clean, spacious and the massive kitchen was great! AC in all bedrooms was a huge plus for the heat. My children's favorite part was the pool and spent hours swimming and playing.

We enjoyed wonderful 6 days in this exceptional property. The host, Roberta was a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating. The pool looked fantastic but sadly it was a bit too cold to get in.Recommendations for grocery stores and restaurants were much appreciated.The only thing I would say is that you do need a car

The property was beautiful and surrounded by gorgeous gardens. We comfortably fitted 7 adults although privacy was not completely possible due to one room being without a door and the mezzanine bedroom also being without a door. Thankfully this was not an issue for our party. Parking for two cars was also a bonus, as cars were a must for the property due to countryside location.Roberta and her husband were lovely, welcoming and extremely helpful with recommendations when asked. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house and host was lovely. We had a great holiday here with our 2 children age 6 and 10.

The property was lovely. Our only issue was the stairs( we were 7 seniors). Wonderful modern kitchen. Le living room fit all of us comfortably the best thing about our stay was our host Roberta Traversa. She Was extraordinarily kind and went out of her way to make our stay memorable I highly recommend this listing

We loved our stay here. The place was very clean, looked exactly like the photos and was very peaceful. Roberta is so kind and friendly, you’ll feel like old friends. She answered any questions I had quickly and made sure we had everything we needed as I couldn’t figure out the stove. She has the most beautiful roses outside to enjoy and the kitchen is well equipped to make meals. Don’t be surprised to see Roberta or her husband out working to upkeep the place. But they’ll never intrude and it was nice that they lived close enough if we had any issues. Roberta is full of good info, she even gave us the directions to the best grocery store! You’ll notice lots of artwork in the apartment to enjoy which gives it a cool vibe. She has great tastes. We were here for four nights and would definitely come back.

We had wonderful time at Robertas Place. Great pool, beautiful garden! It is very closed to beautiful Lucca. Recommend!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Very friendly hosts and a great, well equipped and very spacy appartment. Cool Italien design interieur - the architecture combines historic elements of an old barn very nicely with modern parts. The garden is very large and beautiful with many different plants and nice spots of shade for hot summer days.

My partner, 4 kids and I all had a great week long break at this villa. It is a beautiful property, with excellent amenities (especially the pool and air-conditioning) in the stunning Tuscan countryside just outside (about 10 minutes drive) from Lucca. The owner Roberta is extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. We would highly recommend this place for a stay.

We are just back from a week at this amazing place. One of the best holiday homes we have ever stayed in. Beautiful huge kitchen and the beds were so comfy. The pool was fantastic. Nothing too much girly l for Roberta, excellent host. Every. Super clean. We really hope to return.
