Great property!

This property needs so much help that I couldn’t leave my entire review here. The property manager shows little to no care for the property. There were other guests in this complex that had the same problems we had in our unit. No AC because it’s a beach town. That’s fine, but the windows have to work! Half of the windows did not open because they were in such bad condition. The box/standing fans were totally covered in filth! And we had to use them because it was so hot. The blinds were broken and didn’t keep light out or provide privacy when we were changing. The bed room door wouldn’t stay closed. The glass dining room table was not put together well and wobbled when you used it. The door knob for the garage door just spins in your hand. The front door doesn’t lock properly. The bushes on the patio are over grown. When we reached out to the property manager, they didn’t give us the time of day. I do not advise staying here!

Enjoyed our stay. Appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella for the beach. Unit was clean and met all of our needs.

Our stay in Avila Beach was great — clean and comfortable condo, well-stocked kitchen, only steps to the beach! Not much more you could ask for!

Wonderful location. Walk to the beach within minutes. Shops, restaurants & even wine tasting right at your feet within minutes. Our little Yorkie loved spending time out on the lanai/deck, sometimes needing to greet passersbyers. All the people were very friendly. The fully equipped kitchen was great for our Thanksgiving feast! Parked our rental car in the garage without a problem. My daughter spent time with us and conveniently parked in the property's parking lot. Highly recommend!

Great! So close to the beach, cute small balcony, would stay again! Sleeps 8 is a bit overstated.

Lcation was excellent. We met the owner when we were there and went over things that could be fixed or updated.

Did not feel comfortable using them to cook. -Should include a hose to connect to the outside hose bib in order to rinse off beach sand from beach equipment, sandals, and feet.

Great place within 5 minutes walking distance to the restaurants, shops and the beach. Quiet neighborhood to just chill and hangout. The rental has everything you need.

Avila beach is a great location to feel like a quiet beach getaway but still close enough to plenety of restaurants and actives. The property was close to the beach were we could esliy stroll the boardwalk which was a great way to start our day and end it. The acommadations were perfect and quiet for our needs, beds were super comfy and overall a quality place to stay, plus host was super responsive. We will be back!

They had a slow leak from bathroom tub and the patio was overgrown with bushes so couldn’t sit out there, but they had a beautiful balcony upstairs that I was on daily. Had a few other issues and the maintenance team fixed immediately and were always available if I needed anything. Avila beach is a beautiful place. Lots of hiking, restaurants, golf and other amazing things to do. It’s relaxing and fun and low key. My favorite place to go on vacation. We even went wine tasting at Paso Robles which is a special treat. I loved everything about this area and this condo was fantastic.

The town house was just a block away from the hotel we had stayed at many times when our daughters were little. Now that they are older we needed more space, and this was the perfect place for us. Lots of sleeping areas, walking distance to turf beach and shops, clean, modern, private… we loved it.

We enjoyed our stay and the place is very nice with high ceilings. We were only 2 blocks from the beach!

It was a comfortable place to stay, close to the beach. Bring your own beach towels, they don't offer any. Check in was easy. Property management company wasn't the best to deal with outside of check in and check out.

Great stay, no complaints!
