Million Dollar Ocean Views – Beachfront Bliss

Beautiful home with great views. We really enjoyed the hot tub and it was great that someone came to service it during our stay.

The house was great and views are amazing...definitely the best part. Also hearing the ocean was wonderful. Nice walk to the beach. There was construction going being done on the house across the street, so that did wake us up. Pet hair in the master bedroom and throughout the house, not major but was noticeable. Also dog poo in the gravel area under the tree. We did not bring a dog. Would have loved to stay longer.

Lovely views, easy beach access. Beautiful home. A couple of issues:Ants in upstairs bedrooms. It would be nice to have had some beach towels Overall a wonderful stay!

This property was even more beautiful than the photos. We have stayed at many VRBO properties and this one was, by far, the best. Everything you could possibly need was provided and easy to find. The views were amazing and the hot tub was wonderful. Would definitely stay here again.

We could not have been happier with our rental. The house was immaculate and the views even more impressive than shown in the pictures. This is by far the best rental we have had in our many years of using VRBO. We are already looking forward to going back to the same property in the future.

My family of 5 enjoyed the stay. The views were breathtaking and we were even able to spot whales and dolphins from the upper deck. The house was clean and well stocked with the supplies we needed. It was a very relaxing trip, and we enjoyed waking up to the sounds of the ocean every morning.

Property was beautiful. All my family members raved about it. We were just there for my son's graduation from UCSC. It was a short walk to the beach. Kitchen fully equipped. We had a nice Bbq outside to celebrate. The only negative was the beach smelled bad which is not the fault of the property. It did not smell at the house only if you walked down to the beach.

My husband and I stayed here with our three 18-21 year old kids & labrador retriever and had a wonderful time. The constant sound of the waves crashing against the beach lulled us to sleep. It's a beautiful, pet friendly home and is just 15 minutes from the Santa Cruz Boardwalk and about 45 to the Monterey Bay aquarium.

We had a beautiful weekend at the home where the weather was perfect, and the house was immaculate! Looking forward to another stay!!

The house was just as beautiful as the pictures. The kitchen was well appointed to prepare meals. The bedrooms were comfortable and accommodating. The location of the property was close enough to some eateries for an easy walk. This was by far the cleanest property we have stayed at in our 20 years of renting homes for the summer. The property management agency contacted use before the stay to ensure emails were received. It was overall an excellent experience. We would consider staying here again in the future.

This house will always be my preferred choice when renting in Aptos/Capitola. It’s well worth the price. House is super clean and the view of the ocean is perfect. Can’t ask for a better place to stay.
