Middletown Vacation Rental: 2 Mi to Beach!

From the moment we entered this home, we were a happy family! There was enough room for everyone to be comfortable together or when a little space was needed. We were traveling with 3 children ages 9, 6 and 18 months and the home offered a crib, highchair and children's toys & books. We prepared and enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner in the well appointed kitchen which had a brand new Keurig coffee pot......just ordered one as a Christmas gift because we enjoyed it so much!!We were pleasantly surprised to discover a Santa's Village walk about display right across the street. Our grandchildren were so excited to attend two nights in a row! This house is on a busy road but very quiet inside. It was a nice neighborhood to take walks each morning and late afternoon. Didn't have time to visit much of the surrounding area other than the Aquarium which was about 10 minutes away. Perfect for young children. Our adult children were overjoyed with the Newport/Narragansett night life minutes away.The beds were comfotable, linens were plentiful and furnishings were very tasteful. Not alot of knickknacks or useless pieces of furniture crowding the space. The house was spotless. It even smelled clean and fresh upon entering. Such a nice feeling to know everything was clean before moving in!One BIG suggestion would be to consider adding a 2nd TV in the large downstairs family room especially when children are around and including instructions on how to operate livingroom TV in case renters cannot get it to work. That happened to us and a message to owner was immediately answered with instructions to unplug router and wait a bit. TV worked with no issues after that......our daughter did bring a small TV from her home to avoid adults and kids arguing about what to watch in the evenings.After retiring to Delaware and moving from our hometown of Connecticut two years ago, we look for a home to rent during holidays so family can all come together. We had a great a time here. House was clean and the rooms were all comfortable.

We stayed for a Navy Officer graduation. We had 10 so we could all stay together it was PERFECT. We broke the coffee pot when cleaning it and have not heard back. Let me know how much to replace and I’ll send it. So sorry. Will stay again when my officer comes back for 6 months training. Perfect location!

Very pleased with the overall property, cleanliness and decor. Fit 7 people very comfortably. The only two issues were a slight ant problem on the lower level and sporadic internet.

Modern, clean, centrally-located home. Spacious, well-equipped kitchen. Easy drive to all attractions. Great late summer getaway for our family.

We were visiting Rhode Island, as we're relocating to the East Coast. We stayed here specifically for it's location. Honestly, this was an awesome house. The place is well equipped, super clean, and had everything we needed to make it for a few days. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were fairly comfortable. We stayed with our family of 4, and mother-in-law, and felt super comfortable. The living room furniture is great, and you can tell they have updated the house properly for guests.A y'all :)

The house was nice. The kitchen well stocked.The house is on a busy street, however, it is not that difficult to get in and out of. And you hear very little of the traffic while inside.Overall, a nice place

The house was absolutely wonderful with only a couple small issues. The house was well stocked for supporting making and eating family dinners, was in a very convenient location, had lots of room for visiting, and had comfortable beds. This would have been a 5 star review, but the electronic lock had issues and prevented us from entering on numerous occasions. Additionally, the shower for the upstairs master was extremely small and difficult to use, but the rest of the showers were great!

The house was perfect. Easy checkin. Host was kind and gracious. Great location. Nicely decorated. Quality linens. Kitchen stocked, very clean and perfectly organized. Plenty of space and quiet spots for our group.
