This home was beyond fabulous! The house and the grounds were stunning! Bedrooms were large. Porch had great comfortable furniture to enjoy the weather and the night stars. Lots of room inside and out to spread out if you wanted. The home was the most well stocked home I’ve rented ever. Everything was neat and in working order. The beds and linens were so comfy. We had a real fire! We sat in the hot tub, we went for nature walks as well as seeing the fall colors and the adorable town of Manchester. We would love to come again!

Beautiful, well-appointed home with wonderful views. Five minutes to downtown Manchester center, so extremely convenient. Owners very responsive and accommodating.Hot tub was a wonderful addition - our family enjoyed stargazing from the hot tub at night! Lots of puzzles, games for family enjoyment!

We can’t say enough great things about this property and the owners - Linda and PJ.The home is beautiful! It is located on at the end of private road and has great views of the mountains. The property has a mix of manicured lawn, meadows and woods along with a stocked fishing pond.Our group of 12 multi generational adult family members thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The great room was fantastic for cooking, congregating, relaxing and playing games.Linda and PJ provided appropriate communication and information to ensure a smooth check in and enjoyable stay.We look forward to returning next summer.

This was our first trip to both Manchester, VT and our first time at this property. The experience, the place, and the property were all spectacular. The house is clean, completely updated, and well stocked with everything you would need (oil, spices, grill, pans, etc ). All of the rooms have a bathroom and all of the rooms are nicely appointed that all of the families in our group had sufficient space and privacy. The common areas and large yard were great to spend time together as a group and you could easily spend a week without leaving the property. The city center is only about 10 minutes away if people want to go out to eat or get into town. The check - in process is very easy. The check- out process is one of the easiest experiences we have had with a VRBO property ever with only a few things needing to be done and not an endless list of tasks. We will 100 percent stay here again and are already planning for next year.

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was immaculate, the setting was serene and private, and the view! Hard to leave. Hope we can stay again soon!

Everything about our stay was perfect. This house has stunning views. The kids loved sledding and hiking in the yard and the adults loved the fireplace!

We had a wonderful experience at this home! It was exactly as described—spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The location couldn't be better: just a short drive to the shops and restaurants of Manchester, and less than a 30-minute drive to the slopes at Stratton. The hosts were fantastic, providing excellent communication with detailed check-in instructions and specific information about the property. This stay exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely book again!

Each morning throughout our week after Christmas at Linda and PJ’s we were greeted by the view of the Green Mountains as we gathered for breakfast in the kitchen/great room area. It was truly an inspiring way to start each day. We had a number of family members ranging in age from 3 to 71. The house itself and the way it is equipped worked well for everyone. The room sizes are generous and the entire house feels both spacious and cozy at the same time. Bedrooms and bathrooms are very comfortable. Many enjoyed the well maintained hot tub. The mud room entrance is fabulous, especially with children and the heated floor garage was great for storing ski/outdoor gear. It is not possible to compliment Linda and PJ enough for offering such an exceptional home that makes visitors feel so welcome. Thanks for providing the backdrop for our “Enchanting Vermont Holiday!”

This house is very beautiful with large windows looking out on the Green Mountains across the valley, but it is only a 7 minute drive down to Manchester Center. The 5 bedrooms are quite nice (king & queen beds), all with ensuite bathrooms (a must for a large group like ours)! The Kitchen is extremely well outfitted with pots, pans, cassarole, baking sheets, and lots of utensils; all of this is critical for preparing the big Thanksgiving meal! And we all really enjoyed our stay here, even as we got some snow over the weekend! And Manchester is a real draw for us with wonderful shops and restaurants!This house is a great place for a large family or friends gathering!

Couldn’t ask for anything better

We absolutely loved our time in his beautiful home. Breathtaking views and perfect accommodations for our large family. Huge kitchen with open concept to an amazing living room. Every bedroom had its own ensuite, making it extra comfortable. We started and ended each day in the Adirondack chairs taking in the views and watching the moon rise. Our only regret was having to leave. Thanks Linda & PJ for making our stay just perfect!
