Amazing house, pool and location. Very convenient to many nice restaurants and a quick drive to Georgetown. Definitely would reserve again. Highest recommendation!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful, well-appointed home in Mosstown, Exuma. The house had absolutely everything we needed for a fantastic vacation—whether cooking together in the spacious kitchen with its large center island, grilling outside, or gathering in the roomy living area. Each bedroom came with its own bathroom and private veranda, offering plenty of space and comfort for everyone.The outdoor spaces were just as impressive. We spent our days relaxing by the pool, enjoying the comfortable patio furniture, and taking in the breathtaking beach that truly felt like our own private paradise. The colors of the water—shifting from the lightest azure to deep blue—must be seen in person to be fully appreciated.It was also a great comfort knowing the on-site property manager was close by and ready to assist with anything we needed. Beyond the home, we explored local markets and restaurants, and rented a boat to visit nearby Stocking Island—an unforgettable highlight of our trip.This home truly enhanced our Exuma experience, and everyone in our group is already making plans to return next year. We highly recommend this house to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, cleanliness, and the most authentic Exuma experience imaginable!

This was a beautiful property, an absolute beautiful group of seven villas with a stunning view of the beach and crystal turquoise water. The pool was a hit with the group and sourround by a huge space to relax, lounge and mingle with friends and familyThe property is STEPS away from the beach. It was also a very quick drive from the airport to the villa, a short drive to Georgetown and within two of stores for essentials. We slao walked down the beach to Tims 2x, it was fabulous.Our hosts were wonderful, very responsive, and thought of everything guests would need or want for a vacation. The villa was stocked with all the things, a spacious kitchen that had everything we could think of using, even two different coffee pots for the serious coffee drinkers. The master bedroom was huge! We loved the balcony. In my opinion, our villa had the BEST patio/outdoor furniture. Very comfy. The outdoor shower and grill were clean and ready to use. We met the cleaning staff and she was a delight! She answered all our questions and was very happy to show us where this or that was located. When we visit again, this will be our first choice! Thank you for the hospitality, what a fantastic place to stay for our first time. Thank you again!

What a wonderful time in Exuma. The ‘Heaven on Earth’ house was amazing. Perfect for 3 couples, but would accommodate 2-4 children additionally. Very comfortable, beautiful pool, hot tub, and easy access to the beach! Thank you!

Love this place and location. It is a quiet area with a beautiful beach front with pool and hot tub. It is near the airport but this is Exuma airport, never saw one plane flying over. It’s a small airport . Pamela was super responsive and have the most update to date information of activities you can do in Exuma. Definitely rent a car and explore, so many hidden gem beaches and local food!

This was our 5th vacation to the Bahamas and our 4th stay at this property. No need to look a further! The condo has everything you may need or want.

A beautiful complex and the host were very accommodating with an early checkin and later checkout. They answered all my concerns and questions. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes. The bathrooms could use updating and there wasn’t quite enough seating in the living room to accommodate all of us comfortably. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there.

Our trip to Exuma was great. The townhouse is right on a beautiful beach, has everything you need, and is close to town. We would definitely come back here again. Thanks!
