Luxury Beachfront Home with Private Pool

We had the best time at Latitude Adjustment! The property was perfect for our family. Plenty of space for everyone to chill. The hammocks were a favorite of my sons, they spent hours just relaxing in the hammocks! The only negative was that both of the blenders were broken, we bought stuff to make virgin daquiris for the kids and could not make them - not a big deal at all - just mentioning so owner is aware :) The beach at the house felt like a private beach, we saw very few people the week we were there. The house manager was wonderful, very helpful with any questions that we had.

Absolutely unbelievable in every aspect! We trusted previous reviews when booking, and we were right to! The pictures truly don’t do the beauty of this property justice. The home is incredibly well cared for and the beach views/access are most ideal. Tricia has stocked the home with everything you could possibly want for a beach vacation. We CANNOT speak more highly of Charlene who helped us with everything from check-in, to booking on-site massages and a private chef, to Q&A before and after the trip. Truly she (and previous reviews about the property & her support) are the reason we booked this for our honeymoon and we couldn’t have been more impressed!! We are already planning a trip back for our 1 year wedding anniversary. You definitely have enough space for 3 couples/a family here, but it is also PERFECT for a couples getaway. The area is so safe - we walked 5 min down the beach to Tim’s and had delicious food and drinks on several nights. Highly recommend booking a full-day excursion (Charlene can help you with this!) to see more of the islands and do activities (swimming pigs, nurse sharks, conch diving, iguana island). The property and water is beautiful beyond description. Everything is so so clean and gorgeous. The only bad thing about this place is having to leave it!! THANK YOU EXUMA, TRICIA, and CHARLENE!!! We are leaving with the best memories and plans to return.

We had a wonderful week! The host was very kind and helpful. The outdoor space is perfect. Living area is extremely comfortable & the kitchen has lots of dishes and cooking supplies. We can’t wait to return!

We had a wonderful vacation at Lattitude Adjustment! Fantastic location, gorgeous beach at our back door, very comfy beds, and every amenity we could want. Highly recommend if you’re looking to escape and get some true R&R!

This was the first time going to Exuma and the first time renting this property. Everything was absolutely perfect. Check-in was a breeze and the house manager was there and explains everything about the property to us. The house was lovely. It is right on the beach. The gazebo was wonderful to sit outside and watch the ocean from. The location was a 10 out of 10. Quick drive to the airport. It was centrally located to go to every other beach on the island. I can’t say enough good things about the property and the house. I will definitely rent this house again!

Very spacious, bright and excellent location. Large outdoor seating areas for a large group if needed. Plenty of sun and shade as well. Steps away from a beautiful soft sand beach. Easy check in, and accommodating! Only problem was dishwasher which was not working. There were only 3 of us so it wasn’t a big problem, if our group was larger it would be inconvenient .

Great place. Beautiful interior, beautiful grounds, very clean, and a great location. The host went above and beyond to make our experience wonderful. Highly recommend this home.

Lovely property right on a beautiful walking beach. Very private and extremely well appointed. Kitchen was a chef’s delight, had everything from A to Z … even the knives were nice and sharp. You can’t go wrong with this amazing villa.. really can’t say enough. Charlene, our house manager catered to our every need.. timely, friendly and a nice sense of humor. House staff and grounds keepers were all extremely nice and welcoming. No complaints here, we didn’t even have sand flies!
