Ba Roos Beach House/Iconic Tar Bay Estate with 350’ of Direct Beachfront

The house is absolutely stunning, even better than the pictures! The host was wonderful and very helpful in providing us practical information. The house is very well equipped with everything you may need. It is conveniently located close to the airport. The views from almost every room are stunning with turquoise waters and a gorgeous beach. We are very happy we were able to spend time in this paradise.

Everything was perfect. Gorgeous home with such relaxed and comfortable furnishings and all the amenities you could ever need. Fully appointed and modern kitchen for entertaining and cooking. The pool, patio outdoor space overlooking the beach was the clincher- made for a remarkable, seamless experience. We definitely want to return to this haven

Our trip was a surprise 40th birthday getaway for my wife, and this home exceeded all her expectations. The location and breathtaking views were simply unbeatable. Every recommendation for the home was outstanding. I highly recommend booking a night with Chef Khristont—you won't be disappointed! Everyone had ample space and thoroughly enjoyed themselves. This was our groups’s second stay at Ba Roos and was again absolutely stunning!!!! The views from every inch of the house and property are absolutely amazing- we couldn’t take our eyes off the most turquoise water we’ve ever seen! The grounds are stunning and HUGE. It is on at least 3 lots so you feel like you are on a private tropical paradise. There was no detail missed at this place! The owners and property manager were amazing and communicated very well!! We will be staying here every time we visit!!! No other place even comes close!!! Thank you for an unforgettable trip!!

This was our third trip to Exuma and each time we fall in love with the island more and more. BaRoos is an amazing property on Tar Bay convenient to airport and town. We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful beachfront property with our adult and teenage children. Getting down and back up from the beach is a little tricky due to lack of stairs so this would be something to keep in mind if you have folks with mobility challenges joining you. The house was well equipped and the beds are super comfy. Amazing views from the two masters, kitchen and family room that take your breath away. Highly recommend BaRoos!

Everything about this property is a dream. The location, the design and layout of the house, just everything about it. This is without a question a family relaxation home to enjoy with the kids, friends and family members.

I researched a lot of properties and vacation spots before we booked this trip to the Exumas. We definitely chose the right spot to make a memorable experience for our family. The home location was perfectly situated on the island, close to the airport, halfway up so that we could easily explore in both directions. The house is beautiful and just as described. Easy to just relax in the pool and beach and take in the gorgeous views. We did have a little problem with the AC not working for a couple of days, but the property manager helped us get comfortable with fans and was able to get it fixed as quickly as they could, they were very accommodating and communicated great with us. We will definitely keep Ba Roos on our list for future vacations...my family agreed that this was the best beach vacation we have taken and cannot wait to come back some day!

This house exceeded our expectations! It’s incredible! No detail is missed. The kitchen is fully stocked — just make a quick run to Smitty’s around the corner and you’re ready to go! The views are breathtaking. It’s truly a dream house! And, the location was fantastic! Close to everything. We would love to stay again!

We've come to Exuma 7-8 times over the last 12 years. Ba Roos was by far our favorite place we've stayed. Everything was perfect and we were so sad to leave. All future stays will be booked at Ba Roos. Simply spectacular.
