In the heart of a family holiday complex overlooking the beach of St Goustan, we offer a beautiful duplex apartment for 4 people. Whether you enjoy swimming in the pool or prefer sea bathing, everyone will be satisfied here. The residence has an unheated pool open from 15 June to 15 September. Just go down a few steps, and you are immediately on the beach.



The proposed accommodation is located on the 3rd floor with a lift. Upon entering, one discovers a beautiful living spaceoverlooking a lovely balcony with an unobstructed view.



The kitchen is fully equipped. You will find a refrigerator, a grill microwave and an induction hob to cook good meals. A dishwasher is also available to save you this task. For breakfasts, you will find a kettle, a toaster and a filter coffee maker. You can have your meals around a square and friendly wooden table. To relax, a TV lounge will allow you to watch a good film or vibrate in front of sporting events.

A first bedroom at this level offers two single bed accommodations. The bathroom has a large washbasin and a bathtub.

The second bedroom is in a mezzanine, open to the living room. We specify that the maximum ceiling height is 1.75 m. You will find a lovely double bed in a pleasant marine atmosphere. For more comfort, you will find a hairdryer in the bathroom.



A parking space is reserved for you. The residence also has a laundry room with washing machines and tumble dryers (paid service to be settled on-site according to usage).



A collective bicycle facility closed at night is also at your disposal.
