Minimum Age: Guests must be 25 or older to book. Exemptions may be considered upon inquiry.

Identity Verification: Full identity verification is required to secure your reservation.

No Parties or Events: We maintain a peaceful environment and strictly prohibit parties or events.



Guest Verification Process

Before your arrival, you’ll need to complete a quick and secure verification through our trusted third-party partner, Truvi. This step ensures compliance with local short-term rental regulations and enhances safety for both guests and the property. Superhog will reach out via email and/or text with instructions. Please complete the verification promptly to guarantee a smooth check-in.

Sonoma County Short-Term Rental Guidelines

To foster a respectful and harmonious stay, we adhere to the Sonoma County Short-Term Rental Ordinance:

Occupancy Limits: Up to 8 guests for overnight stays; daytime visitors (8 AM–9 PM) are capped at 4.



Parking: Enjoy 4 dedicated on-site parking spaces, with additional on-street parking available.

Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM to respect our neighbors.

Amplified Sound: Outdoor amplified music or sound is not permitted to maintain neighborhood tranquility.

House Policies for a Comfortable Stay

Smoking: Smoking is permitted only in the designated cigar lounge. Violations may incur penalties.

Pets: Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fee per pet. Please inquire about our pet policy if needed.

Pool: Please note the pool is not heated.

Security: Outdoor surveillance cameras are in place for your safety and property protection.

    Our family of 5 adults and one 11 year old stayed here for five nights. The layout took a minute to get used to, but once we did it’s really spacious with so many places to sleep! Communal spaces are also large and accommodating, the pool table and fusball were a big hit! The pool was a bit cooler than we hoped, but more importantly deep, with no shallow end off of the steps. Our 11 year old son wasn’t able to stand in the water anywhere. Not a big deal since he’s a strong swimmer, but it did impact which pool games we could play. There were plenty of towels for both the pool and the bathrooms, and really soft sheets with nice linens on the beds. We encountered a few hiccups, all of which were addressed quickly and kindly by the property manager. The kitchen supplies needed updating, which he was in the process of taking care of when we left. The location was convenient and the neighborhood quiet. A relaxing stay for a large group or family. We would definitely stay here again, once our son is taller!

    Stay was great! The place is clean and spacious and we were able to make great use of the pool and hot tub. The only minor qualm I had was that when I asked Dan if we could check in an hour or two early, he said “yes, early check in might work” and then the day of reminded me to strictly adhere to the original check in time. However, obviously this was mostly a non issue and the stay was an excellent time nonetheless. Would DEFINITELY recommend this VRBO.

    We had 3 couples plus one single person - and this was a great place to accommodate all of us. Our stay was very comfortable. Lots of amenities such as the pool table, foosball table, pool, and hot tub. Cigar lounge was a great surprise! We were wine tasting most of the weekend so didn't get to use much but it was a great place to unwind all together at the end of the day. Host is incredibly responsive - within minutes and was quick to answer all questions.
