Some cleanliness and maintenance issues which were not solvable during our stay. The property manager acknowledged these issues and made adjustments. We would stay here again once the repairs and issues are addressed.

Only problem (not a complaint), we noticed bug wings in the master bedroom on the floor and window seals when we checked in. Seemed like the cleaning crew didn't do a great job there. Turns out later in the trip, there we live winged bugs in the same area and near the master closet. Something to look into

My best friend’s family and ours have been going to Aptos for over 20 years. This home accommodated us nicely and has a great open floor plan where everyone can hang out together. They also have a cute back patio area, I just wish it was swept and that spider webs were removed. Definitely would consider staying here again!

Enjoyed sand and sea fun, area hikes, and the Monterey Bay Aquarium. The home was comfortable, well furnished and clean. The location is ideal (across from the beach) and Bailey Management was wonderful to work with. They were efficient and responsive.

Bugs in the upstairs hall way, refrig not clean, stove grease, patio full of leaves and cob webs, Bar-B-Q broken.—management bought a new one. The management staff were very helpful and bought a swifter so I could clean the floors. Cleaning staff must do a better job. Will rent the property again next year.

It's a little extra effort packing in and out but worth it to be above the street level where parked cars can block your view. This home has a great layout with huge, open living room, dinning room and kitchen. plenty of dinning seating, and great gas fireplace for cool evenings. I appreciate the solid core bedroom doors--helps cut down on noise if you want to go to bed before others do. Love the deck and the fact that the house has a back patio as well. The beds were firm but comfortable--except for the bottom mattress in the bunk bed. The edge of the full mattress was pretty broken down probably from people standing on it to make the top mattress. If you have early risers, put them in the bedroom with the skylight. My daughter said the drawers in the main bedroom had a bit of an unpleasant order to them that transferred to their clothing so they weren't able to use it. About the only other thing was the kitchen knives were pretty dull but I've found this to be typical of most other rentals. We usually bring our own or a knife sharpener.
