Great location with its proximity to I 70 located in the mountain town of Evergreen, Colorado. Very close to Red Rocks amphitheater. Special home, in a special town, waiting for special people. Includes a chef's kitchen w commercial appliances, including a Thermador steam oven, gas stove top, and separate coffee/bar area. The kitchen opens to an expensive deck that overlooks the Denver metro area. We are located in the Ridge at Hiwan, which is one of the more desirable subdivisions in the area. The home has been updated throughout and is very cozy and desirable, the location lends itself for commuting into Denver or heading west to the mountains easily. Snow plowing services included, easy access in a subdivision that is 100% plowed/maintained in the winter. It is a three level home with the primary living area on the middle floor. The master, one bedroom and an office are located on the third floor. Our home has a very large basement with two bedrooms, a pool table, a peloton bike, and a large living area in the basement, also have a walkout basement to a hot tub that makes it very nice in all months. We love the kitchen, living area, and deck, the kitchen and living area are so comfortable as well as the privacy of the bedrooms. The office is also very nice for any work at home situation, which includes a monitor printer and full office set up.
