We had plenty of parking. Location was excellent. Rooms were adiquit. My brother & his wife & my adult kids loved the place easy to roam around & get to our wedding in Newport. We coud not have been happier.

The house is very nice and well stocked with just about any beach thing you might need as well as a kitchen that lends itself to whatever kind of vacation cooking/eating one might like. Plenty of spaces for group interactions but also for taking a quick break (if needed) from family togetherness. Great convenient location with broad views of the water. I did hear a few complaints about the MBR mattresses (I slept just fine), deck railings in need of powerwashing, and the need to coordinate vehicle positions in the driveway (in-line parking) based on individual plans but I thought the house was great. We had a lovely stay and I would be very happy to rent it again. Thank you to Cathy and Damian for being such nice and helpful hosts!

This property was perfect for a girls weekend in Newport. Close drive to everything downtown and the place was clean and had everything we needed. Would recommend!

This had everything we needed. It had the space we needed very comfortable in a nice neighborhood you could walk to the beach. They even provided beach towels. You just had to go there and enjoy yourself.It is a very large house a lot of stairs. But with that being said, the view was amazing..

Location was perfect for Salve Regina's graduation weekend! Home is spacious, loved the decks overlooking Newport - could even see the graduation tent from 3rd floor master bedroom deck! Property has a nice private backyard.

Location of the property was excellent as was the communication with the property owners. We thoroughly enjoyed the views and the set up of the home. It was comfortable to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing. We did feel that perhaps we may have been the first visitors of the season and the home could have used additional attention. The floors and coffee maker could use a deeper clean, and the kitchen counters had some residue that could be wiped down. A quick refresh in these areas would make a huge difference and elevate the experience even more. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return again.

Had a lovely stay over the long weekend. Beautiful views. Great house and great locations. We have a fantastic time.

Used the house as base for a week of sailboat racing. Great for 7 adults plenty of showers and hot water to get going in the morning. Views are spectacular.

Overall, we had a great stay. Damien and Cathy, the hosts, are very responsive and kind. The house is even bigger than it looks in the pictures. Plenty of space and lots of extra futons to sit and sleep everyone. Nice location in a quiet neighborhood and very close to beaches and Newport. A few things missing or needing updates however… Mattresses were quite old and not particularly comfortable. Soap and shampoo/conditioner was not provided, which seemed a bit cheap given the nightly price. There are also no extra blankets and the weather was a bit chilly while we were there.

We had a lovely college reunion staying in this lovely home. Stunning views and great location. Located in a quiet neighborhood but super close to Newport downtown. If we ever come back we would definitely stay here again.

First time in Newport was fantastic thanks for Cathy and Damien's beautiful home. Quick walk to the beach and the house had everything we needed/wanted. Highly reccommend staying with this host. -RL

Nice Stay only interupted by the rainy weather.

We couldn't believe how close this was to a great beach, the cliff walk and places to eat. Quick drive to Newport center. Plenty of space for privacy, lots of windows. The yard is cuter than it looks in the pics. Hosts were great.

We enjoyed our stay. Location especially was fantastic - walkable to the beach and very easy to get in and out of downtown Newport.

From the reservation process to the day of arrival this was a first-class experience. The property was actually better than advertised, the views from the balconies/porches were great! Huge yard with outdoor seating, beach gear and towels, well-appointed inside with comfortable furniture, large kitchen with all of the dishes and cookware you’ll need, 3 1/2 baths, A/C, and so much more! I can’t wait to rent it again!

We stayed here while in town for our son's Navy OCS graduation. It was perfect for visiting with him! We loved the views and close distance to everything. The home had anything we could possibly need.

This property is perfect for a weekend (or longer) in Newport! A little removed from town but easy to drive or Uber over if needed. Every bed was comfortable, it was clean and had absolutely everything we needed, and the yard was so cute to boot. I would highly recommend this place!!
