The property along with the owners were amazing. My wife and I along with our 3 kids and 2 son in laws and our grandchildren had an excellent time. We really loved the location and the amenities that were at the condo. Hot tub was great along with the the bedrooms and kitchen. If you are needing a place to stay with a group this is the place.

Enjoyed our stay. Townhome is close to beach and owner provided beach chairs and many other amenities.

We were in town for a wedding and three of our group stayed in the same complex, so it was absolutely perfect! Our condo fit our family perfectly Had our own floor, which made it great with our Littles going to bed at a different hour than the adults. This condo was located just a block away from beautiful Clearwater Beach. We would definitely return and stay here again.

The house was perfect for our stay for spring training. We had everything we needed for the beach, tons of places within walking distance. Clean and well kept. Short uber ride to the stadium. The rooftop was the best feature. Would highly recommend.

We could not have been happier with our stay! All of the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, easily fitting our large group. We really enjoyed the hot tub as well! The location could not have been better - so walkable to many great restaurants for all meals and right by the beach. The check in process was very easy as well. Would definitely recommend booking here.

6 cousins from all aver the country met for the long weekend. The condo was set up perfectly and comfortably for us. The elevator was a life saver for a couple of the cousins with bad knees.. 1 block to the beach.. walking distance to shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

We found your place online through VRBO and thought it would be perfect for our family. The only downsize was the bonus room was a little smaller than expected. It was well maintained, an excellent location, and just right for our family. Thank you for all your communication and help. Would definately recommend.

Great location, Restaurants and shopping short walking distance and Beach a block away. Quiet area except one bar nearby bar. Awesome response time from owner on any questions we had! couple of nit picks not worth mentioning here. Second time staying in these condos in 5 years

Our recent stay in Clearwater was fantastic for all three families. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The kids had plenty of space to play, and the adults enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. We especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided by the host. Overall, it was a memorable trip, and we highly recommend this house for families looking for a wonderful getaway.

We had an amazing time in Clearwater visiting with family! This property was the perfect space for our group with lots of space to hang out and tons of amenities to use for our days at the beach. The location is close to the strip and beaches and the rooftop provides some great views. It was a bit too hot to use the hot tub, but I’m sure on a cool night it would be amazing! The host was extremely responsive and answered all questions when needed. I would highly recommend this place.

Lots of great features to this property. Overized garage, we drove & it was nice to park in a garge. Plenty of space & within walking distance to the beach. The beach chairs, canopy (though broken), we made it work, and other items provided are a plus. Lots of stairs! Be prepared. There is an elevator for bringing luggage & things into the condo. It is very slow and hot. Was a nice feature however. We ended up not using the hot tub, grill or stove. These are a few of the items that if not properly handled could result in a loss of your securtiy deposit. That was mentioned several times. A/C can not be set below 74, or again if something happens, bye bye security deposit. This on top of the insurance policy I had to buy just in case. The unit is great, the threats made it feel like we could never truly relax.

This house is beautiful. Family and kid friendly with so much room for everyone!! Easy access to the beach and pool! The house had all the basics plus more!! Host was very easy to contact and would message back within minutes. Our family made so many memories in this home and can’t wait to come again!!! Thank you!!!

Enjoyed the house, lots of steps but the rooms worked out for what we were needing. The rooftop terrace was great especially for the sunrise and sunsets. Good location just outside the hustle of the main city life. Close enough to walk into the city and close enough to walk to beach. Thanks for a great vacation.
