Lovely Downtown Townhome

We do don’t like parking 3 or 4 blocks away. Didn’t feel safe walking to house at night.

Absolutely beautiful home!! Everything is stunning & extremely well thought out, especially for families. Easy booking & key access, clean, spacious, quiet, close to many stores & most enjoyable. Our family will definitely be coming back for future bookings & we will be passing on this little gem of a place to our family, friends & online community.

The pictures need to updated for this property. It was very uncomfortable & inconvenient for a family of five. We ended up not staying & going to a hotel. The air conditioning was not working in the one room & the other rooms hardly got cooled down. The parking was the worst! Needs a major paint job. We did not feel safe staying there with our children. Very sketchy.

I can’t find the code to open the house

Spacious bedrooms, clean kitchen areas, nice fenced in yard. Urban area, close to neighbors. Lots of restaurants to choose from, but be aware of early closing times. Shops closed at 3 on Saturday and many not open on Sunday. Went for an event at bible college. It was very close.

Brian quickly responded to my question and was flexible with accommodations. House was clean and bedrooms were very spacious. Parking was okay, got lucky with a spot. Close to the convention center and that’s what we wanted.

The accommodations fit our need just fine and the price point was perfect. The home was spacious and location was nice. The home was clean but could use a deep clean in nooks and crannies, inside cabinets, baseboards. Check in and communication was great. Street parking was tricky on a busy Friday and Saturday night; even the parking garage was full; but we managed.

We were extremely comfortable and had a wonderful stay! All amenities were as listed. Communication with host was fabulous.

Overall, it was an excellent deal for 2 families - 3 Adults and 2 Teens. Very spacious rooms. The host does his best to maintain this old house. The location is so convenient for us to get the events. Here are some notes for the future fellows - 1) It is an old house, so squeaking floor noises are expected; 2) The cleaning staff could have done much better job. But to be fair, it is a 2.5 story house, a lot of space to be cleaned. 3) In our stay, the bathroom drain was clogged. All in all, we will definitely come back if we have more than 4-5 people.

Amazing host and stay! My family and I had a wonderful time here visiting Lancaster. My daughter forgot her stuffed animal and the host helped and returned it to her. Thank you!

It’s a great place! Clean, with plenty of room!

The host's communication was great. I tried to cancel one day within the allotted time to cancel but was unsuccessful on the app. The host tried as well. The host told me to get in contact with Vrbo. The kitchen was updated. The house was clean. The rest of the house needs TLC and paint. One full bath for seven people was tight.

House is really cute, has character. Host was very quick with responses to questions or issues. Great location. Near everything down town and parking was decently easy to find plus there is a garage 1 min away from the house if you can’t find street parking.

Our host welcomed us, kindly gave us all of the information needed to enjoy our stay. The house was very neat and clean, and the beds are comfortable. The house is equipped with everything one would need. The location is great, close to many fun places to explore.

Being close to shops and stores stood out. Host was helpful.

The host was polite and attentive. Nothing I’m about to say was ever brought up with the host. 1) Things outside of the host’s control: poor parking conditions. Dirty sidewalks / you have to step in or over debris, trash and a, ankle deep pile of leaves to get on the stoop at the front door.2) The home was a little run down (peeling paint, stained toilet seats, over grown grass in the fenced yard, stuffing coming out of comforter onto the bed and leaving loose bed comforter material on clothes and sheets, scarred living room side table, glued down rug at kitchen door, upstairs toilet would run constantly unless you manually put the handle back in the off position, dripping shower faucet, glasses that had smudge prints on them so they gave the appearance of potentially not being completely cleaned or washed, etc.)3) The little things that make a difference (no coffee, no trash bags that we could find, unfolded towels in the dryer from the last renters).Would I discourage anyone from staying there? No. But I do think it’s fair to let the renter make an informed decision so they can compare price to expectation when deciding on what works best for their stay.

The host was kind and the home was very clean and fit our needs perfectly!

Everything was great, only thing is no matter how much i looked I couldn't find iron/ironing board. I wasn't able to buy coffee. Sadly my kids went for a walk and a man pulled a gun on them. other than that all was good

This old townhouse has a lot of charm. We enjoyed that it was near Hersey, PA for an affordable price for our family. The home does need some TLC. The loft and bathrooms need to be updated.Parking is a little bit difficult as the house is located on a busy street and the only practical parking available is street parking. If you stay on a Monday night be sure to move your car before 8:30am or you might receive a parking violation as they clean the streets every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month.

Had everything we needed. AC worked well. Host responded to questions prior to visit.

Chair in livingroom needs cleaned or replaced totally stained, had coffee pods but no kerig and had coffee pot but no ground coffee. Railing going upstairs needs cleaned very sticky, needs new sign in books. Have a check out list somewhere in the house so we can go over before we leave..Soft spot in twin bedroom, floor looks broken.Front door was broken when we arrived we had to fix.

The townhouse was roomy, inviting, and had everything we needed. We had five adults in our group and it fit us perfectly. The hosts were great about communication and were gracious and informative the whole time. We had a wonderful stay!

It was a charming home that fit our needs perfectly! Very clean, comfortable beds and beautiful kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had a great time celebrating my nephew's wedding! Thank you Brian and Rosario! We will definitely stay there again!!Deb H

House was more spacious than we expected. It was well kept and in a fantastic location. My family had a wonderful trip!!!

You get what you pay for. In Lancaster this is cheap, but we will not be coming back. Cleaning was par, mold in the bathroom tub, rooms had large holes in the walls just patched with some putty and no paint, pillows were so thin they were non existent, and the stairs were very steep and scary, paint peeling off of them and other areas of the house made things look rough. The area also wasn’t a place you would want your kids even outside in other than to get right into the card.

The house is older but still comfortable. The bathroom could use an update and the location of outlets in the bedrooms were not the best. It was very clean. The location itself was convenient to many things but parking was terrible. We could not find a spot on the street when we returned at about 10 pm on a Thursday evening. We did not feel safe walking to the house from the vehicle a few blocks away. The only parking we could find was near a group of homeless people sleeping and the area seemed sketchy. The price point was good compared to many other options in the area but I would probably not return here because of the parking. I did message the host twice about non-urgent things but they did not respond. We only stayed one night.

The house was spacious and clean, and aircon greatly appreciated. The upstairs bathroom was a little tired and some towels need replacing but bedrooms had new carpet which was very comfy to walk on. There was no iron or ironing board despite being advertised. All teflon coated pans were flaking and therefore unsafe for cooking. Cutlery was inadequate for the number of guests advertised to stay in the house and were mostly child-sized. Dryer has no knob, dryer needs to be manually turned off, so is a fire hazard if you dont know this by a simple note. The washing machine was full of incomplete washing, with a wet doona and 2 wet mattress protectors. The dryer was full of wet towels, bath mats, face washers etc. To be able to use the laundry facilities I had to feed it all through the dryer and fold it up to move it out of the way. I told the owners this had happened and they were apologetic however offered no gesture in appreciation that I was a paying guest and was compelled to finish the washing from the previous people. I have had no response to any message I have sent since I suggested the gesture. Absolute silence. Is Vrbo able to follow this up for me please? A refund of 1 nights stay should be made given the frustrations and lack of action. I have included a photo of the household washing I had to finish and leave on the side of the laundry so I could use the facilities for our own washing.

Nice property. However, the floors were not clean. My grandkids feet were pretty dirty after running around.

The house was clean and perfect. We attended the Sights and Sound Theater, was an easy drive. Walked around town to the many shops. The hosts were quick to answer any questions we had. They even had a backyard, if you like to sit outside. Highly recommend!

This is an older townhouse which is very clean and simply furnished. Conveniently located near a Greek restaurant. Able to find on street parking nearby as well. Beds and bedding were clean. Turned tv on but it said it wasn’t connected to the internet and no instructions for using the tv were available. WiFi password is slightly different from one given in check-in directions online. Bathroom is functional but dated.

We had a comfortable stay. Parking was the most challenging but it was fine too!

Very clean, and big enough for our family of 6. No issues with check in. Nice stay. Parking is the only thing that’s not great but overall it’s a great a place.

We were two couples in P.A. to attend Sight and Sound's production of Noah. We stayed three nights. This home was only 20 minutes from the theater as well as a 20 min drive to Kitchen Kettle Village. It was spacious for all of us and great to be able to cook many of our own meals. We had no issues getting inside upon our arrival. We would recommend this home to anyone planning a trip to this area.

The property was clean and spacious. The price point was also fantastic. There was no dedicated parking but we were able to find something on the street every day.

This home was comfortable and located in a safe neighborhood that was a 15 minute or less walk from anywhere!! It was a great stay and we would love to come back! The house itself is a little run down. The shabbiest in the neighborhood. However it was clean and comfortable. All the beds were comfy. The heat and air worked well. And we could have our dogs with us. We are so grateful to have found this place. It was very reasonable for a four bedroom pet friendly house close to everything!

We were only at the property one night to visit family in town. Home was clean and as described in the photos. The furniture in the living room was a bit worn but that wasn’t big deal to us. The home can accommodate a large group but be aware there is no dishwasher for a large gathering or extended stay.. We did not find street parking but the recommended parking garage was easily accessible and convenient. Host was friendly, responsive and flexible. We would book again and recommend to others.Thank you!

Beautiful place to stay to experience the city of Lancaster and still be close enough to enjoy the Amish country to. Thanks for letting us stay in your place for a few days!

Check in process was smooth. The property manager was responsive to all messages. I like that the property was clean. Bedding was clean and comfortable. The property is very mature, so it was priced very reasonably. Parking can be a problem, but I was able to find parking within a block of the residence.

The place needs more electrical outlets

Home was very clean, location was central to many thing to do. Would absolutely recommend.

This house was an excellent size for our family of 5. The kitchen had plenty of bowls/plates/cups. It also had a toaster and pots for cooking a light breakfast. The house is older and has more of the “old house charm” than I expected, with lots of character in the walls and staircase. The home was very very clean though! And had lovely hot water. For the price, this was a great option for us. The location was also very convenient.

This was a terrific home. Built in 1860! WOW!! It had everything we needed. Super close to walk downtown. Unfortunately we were here for only one night - we would have loved to explore more of the historic district. We at at Annie Bailey's- a great Irish Pub. Picked up a few things at BUiLDiNG Character- a great gift and antique store.

Love the location of this great place. We were close to Hershey Park, as well as Bird in Hand and other great Fall destinations. We really enjoyed having the convenience of being close to wonderful coffee shops, restaurants, breweries, and the great Greek deli which is almost next door. Great stay.

In town for a wedding and this was the perfect spot to stay! Thanks for having us!!
