Stayed May 31, 2025The house was perfect for our family. The lower level was perfect for our adult daughter and her family with a 3-year old and a 9-month old.The gentle sloping walkway to the beach was perfect so the little 3-year old could get to the beach with mom and dad.The kitchen was well-equipped for my adult son and his partner as they both are discerning and accomplished cooks.Overall, our family was extremely happy with the property.

Stayed Jan 16, 2025Tin Tin II is the perfect getaway house for families. We had 3 generations assemble for the long MLK weekend - perfect location, great views ( and sunsets). The house is lovely- well cared for and well stocked. If you have an opportunity to stay there I highly recommend it.

Stayed Jul 21, 2024The house is amazing, ample space for everyone. There was an abundance of beach towels, beach chairs and a large foam float that 6 grandkids played on. We enjoyed the private beach especially spending time around the evening fire roasting marshmallows. We have always gone south for vacations but our time in Michigan may set a new trend for our family.

Stayed Sep 28, 2023Eleven of us get together every fall for a 3-4 day trip. This house provided everything 11 of us could hope for!! A gorgeous, large, well equipped kitchen for us to cook our meals in, including a large comfortable table that we all fit around. The living room had adequate, cozy seating with a fireplace which is open on both sides so it could also be used in the dining area. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable, and two of them included a bathroom. The entire house was very clean and comfortable with plenty of space to relax and includes a pantry space to store all of your food and snacks. There is a large deck with adequate seating for all that includes a gas fire pit. (the single only downside was that it ran out of propane at the end of night #2, so we couldn’t light it night #3, but that was a very minor inconvenience). There is a private beach area which was perfect for enjoying the Lake Michigan shoreline with its soothing, crashing waves. What a great place to gather with friends or family! We hope to reserve for next fall.
