Come and unwind with friends and family at this charming lakeside cottage with sunset and Adirondack views. Enjoy coffee, meals, and cocktails on the wraparound porch. Bring your bikes, and ride along scenic west shore road, part of the Champlain bikeway, with the beautiful causeway bike path and bike ferry just a few miles away. Just steps from the porch, the flat limestone shoreline creates a lakeside 'patio,' with a dock that takes you over the rocks to the sandy bottom bay, complete with a swim platform. A couple kayaks and paddle boards are available for use as well. The newly renovated kitchen (underway) with a beverage fridge has all the comforts of home. A spacious yard can host lawn games and fires, and an outdoor shower completes the alfresco experience. A cozy fireplace will warm you up on chilly evenings.

South Hero is a charming little summer town with several restaurants, a local pub, Snow Farm vineyard, creemee stands, apple orchards, Seb's snack bar, and more. Burlington is only a short drive (~25 minutes) or a longer bike ride away. With 5 small bedrooms upstairs and a lakeside sleeping porch, 9 guests can sleep comfortably inside, and 2 more on the porch, weather permitting. We hope you love it here as much as we do.
