Stayed Aug 7, 2025Gorgeous location on a small lake not far from town. Very well equipped house, nice layout and great host. Our whole family enjoyed paddle boarding and canoeing the lake in our down time at the house. Red-necked grebes, loons and eagles sighted from the deck.

Stayed Sep 6, 2024Andy's home was absolutely amazing. We stayed in 3 different homes in Alaska and this was by far our favorite. The home was tastefully decorated, very clean, and very welcoming. We loved hearing the loons on the lake and the peacefulness of the surroundings. It is also a great area to stay if you are a runner!

Stayed Sep 13, 2024Andy thank you for the wonderful stay. The cabin is close enough to Talkeenta to be there in a few minutes and far enough away to be private. We caught the leaves in fall dress and some northern lights on a clear night. Look forward to returning.
