The Casa Toscane is located in a perfect panoramic position right on the quiet Tuscan hills. The house shows a perfect combination between traditional architecture and contemporary design. It is surrounded by a beautifully-kept terrace garden with a spectacular salt-water swimming pool.
The 55 square meter Casa Toscane is a lemon house newly renovated as a loft, with a kitchen-dining room, a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a bathroom with shower and a double bed.
The gardenof about 1500 square meters is provided with several relaxing areas, naturally shaded by large oak trees or by pergolas. Right outside the Casa Toscane, there is a stone paved courtyard, well equipped and shaded to eat meals in the open air.
Guests have access to barbecue, outdoor table and chairs, sun-loungers, both on the house level and on the pool level.
The Casa Toscane has an independent access with a private parking available exclusively for guests. You reach the house through a small road about 30 meters length.
The house, the garden and the swimming pool are at guests' disposal.
The swimming pool is open from May to September, from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm and is shared with property owners.
Wi-Fi is only accessible on the pool level.
