Great house. Location and layout were perfect for our group. Loved having 4 bathrooms!

We found the house to be just as advertised. Four bedrooms with four bathrooms. Fit us perfectly. We really liked the walkway across the dunes. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking. It could use a stock pot or two but otherwise well stocked. Only things I could see might could use attention was washing machine sounded like an airplane, but it worked. Shower water in Queen room smelled rusty but water ran hot or cold depending on what you wanted, so can’t complain too much. Overall we really like the house, the location and plan to stay there again in the future.

From our arrival on first day we knew it was going to be a great stay. The house was perfect. We all had our bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped for our cooking needs: gumbo, shrimp/crab boil, fried fish and burgers. The deck was our family space for meals and ocean viewing. We all loved it.

Great home - clean and welcoming. Right on the beach with everything you need. The only downside was the crowd on the beach played music that made the house shake it was so loud. Hard to nap in the afternoons with kids. Not sure if that was a holiday weekend issue or always.Jeremy was prompt in his response to needs.

The location was great, but when we arrived at the property, the bedsheets were on the floor dirty in front of the Washing machine, the comforters were not clean, there was a blood stain on one of the mattress cover in the bunk room still on the bed and the king bed mattress cover (still on the bed) was dirty. Only one bed was made out of the four bedrooms. We arrived at 4:00 and I spent from 4:30-10:00 washing the bedsheets and comforters that we were going to use, The washing machine is very small so it took several loads. The kitchen sink had a dirty sponge in it and looked like it had been there for a very long time because it left an imprint where it was sitting, so I cleaned all the sinks too. I did contact Jeremy and didn’t hear from them right away, but his mom called at 8:25 pm because they were out of town and didn’t have service. She Told me she was very sorry and hopefully they would make it right. Their reply finally came through several days later. I responded back to them and I have never heard from them since I sent the last message on a refund for the cleaning, which was very disappointing because my last message to them was I have pictures of everything to back what I’m saying. I waited over a week for a response before I decided to make this review to give them time to get back with me. Very Disappointing

We had a great time! We love this house and beach! This house holds a special place in my heart as it was the last time we were all together at Surfside with mom in 2016!

We came to celebrate my sister’s 30th birthday with 8 people. There was plenty of room for everyone and loved that there were 4 bathrooms. This property is right on the beach with a short deck going over the dunes, also very close to beach access to drive the vehicles onto the sand. The view from the balcony is amazing. Communication with the host was very quick. Only downside for us was the water in the house, we just aren’t used to well water so it was a bit of an adjustment. We just got extra water for cooking and brushing our teeth and there was also a water dispenser in the kitchen that we appreciated. Plenty of pots/pans/kitchen utensils available which was nice for all the cooking we did. Would definitely book again :)
