Beautiful place, quiet, well insulated. Downside - no dishwasher and the hot water smells very strongly.

Beautiful, spacious home with a large, quiet yard. House is clean and very comfortable. Easy access to all the nearby attractions. We especially loved the 1880 train and Custer State Park. It's always a bonus to be able to take our pets. We highly recommend this lovely home.

The place was in a great location! Loved the privacy and we love coming to South Dakota during off season! It snowed one day and there were tons of deer, everywhere, every day. It was definitely cool to see them. While we weren't super fond of doing dishes by hand every day, we were aware of this during booking. The negatives we didn't know about were; the tv in the bedroom doesn't work. There are knobs missing on a lot of kitchen cabinets and there is no working ice maker. Lastly, I can confirm that there is a bible, religious magazines/books on the coffee table and side tables. (I cant upload photo's)I'd most likely stay there again if the issues were addressed.

House & location was beautiful. Enjoyed our stay. Would love to know more history of the place as many who wrote in the guest book called it a cabin but its very much like a house. Would recommend attention to kitchen as some cupboard knobs are missing but overall the home is beautiful.

This house is close to Keystone while being away from crowds and noise. We loved being in the trees and the quiet. The house provides a lot of space for a comfortable place to hang out between activities. We had 4 adults, but it would also be great for families.

This property was perfect for our stay. Close to everything we needed. Very fun to watch the 1880 train go by and wave to the passengers. 100% recommend.

I love the location of the property and love that the train goes right by. This is the first property that we have rented that did not have any kind of shampoo, soap or anything in small sample bottles of anything in case you forgot something at home. We did not need them but thought it was a little different. Other than that, the stay was great. Deborah Ponder

Location is amazing and very quiet. The large yard gives plenty of parking and space for kids. The house was larger than we expected and was a great hub to travel to all the areas in the Black Hills. Def recommend!
