Spotless, quiet, safe place to stay. Excellent communication with the owner, who let us check in a few minutes early since we were already in the area. So close to everything! Be to the mansions or the waterfront in just minutes. Highly recommend and would stay here again for sure!

This house was perfect for us (4 adults and 2 kiddos). It was super clean and comfortable, and the backyard had so much for our 4 year old and 2.5 year old to do, including a zip line! The beds were super comfortable and everything was very clean. Only about 10 minutes to town and close to Middletown grocery stores. Would definitely book again!

Our family really enjoyed the Kathleen house. It was in a good location for a family wedding in Newport (about 10 minutes to the wharf area). The house was newly renovated and clean with enough room for 8 adults. The kitchen had everything you could need and the house had tons of extra towels and blankets. The backyard is huge with a playlet for kids and even a zip line! The neighborhood is quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

In for a quick off-season weekend and everything was as advertised. Plenty of towels and extra blankets as well. Very clean

Spacious, clean, comfortable home simply, but elegantly decorated with a summer cottage feel. It felt like home. Highly recommend for families. ?
