Two major issues:1. The Blackstone Griddle shown in the pictures was not on site. The grill that was on site was a very disappointing replacement.2. Glass top stove was severely damaged. When reported the person immediately said, Oh this is new damage. Very quickly found a review not even a month old sighting the damaged stove top. When reported the individual that I communicated with said use the other part of the stove top. This is a severe fire hazard. MY family books these homes so that we can be together and prepare our meals together. Both items drastically changed our time at this house. Groceries were purchased that we could not prepare for meals and our New Years Day meal was only made possible because we went out and purchased Crock Pots to cook with. We left a day early just due to being disappointed in our stay. I definitely feel we are due some substantial refunds on this trip. I welcome anyone from VRBO or the owners/management company to call and discuss.

We are long time home rental customers and recent Vrbo customers. The location and room configuration of this home were accurate. The house was clean and comfortable. However, this home had very limited supplies (such as toilet paper) and had no internet/cable connection when we arrived with plans to watch the holiday football games. The repair people (who arrived two days after our booked time) said the connections were corroded and replaced them. The stove top popped when we were using it normally. The outdoor bathroom door lock literally disintegrated when the key was used to unlock it. The outdoor furniture cushions were dirty and needed to be cleaned off before use. So to sum, the house was very comfortable and in a great location for boating. The supplies were sparse. If you want cable and internet connection (as expected) be sure to ask/check before you book.

The house and location were perfect! The management company had quick response time to any questions. Definitely felt like home away from home. We'll be booking again next year!

This was a great house for us! We hosted different friends and family over the course of 10 days. The house was large enough to accommodate 10 people easily. We were able to fit our 26’ Hurricane (with an 9’ beam) under the covered boat slip! The downstairs lounge area was perfect for cleaning scallops and the bathroom was an added bonus! The ride out to the Gulf was quick! It can get shallow in the canal at low tide (24” in one spot). Luckily, a neighbor showed us the way out to scalloping safely and we were able to be in plane right away. The marina is really close but the boat launch is a bit steep and busy. However, the bait store down the street also has a boat launch and it is an easier in and out. We are looking forward to staying there again next year!!
