In Salida, a Modern Ground Floor Suite. Private, custom flagstone patio & yard.

I stayed as a single traveler. The condo came stocked with coffee, creamer, and a few other staples, which I liked. It also came prepped with other essentials like soap/shampoo/conditioner, towels, dishes, and cookware. It was a nice middle ground between Denver and the Great Sand Dunes. It’s a great place for a solo traveler or couple.

We were in Salida for 4 days and this place was great for us. The host was available, friendly and helpful.

The apartment is clean and very well stocked: coffee, tea, cooking oil, paper products, storage bags, etc. It is a perfect size and very comfortable space for 2 people. Jaime was very responsive to all requests.

We loved staying at this suite! The location was very convenient - within walking distance of downtown, but far enough off the beaten path where traffic was not an issue! Check-in and check-out were extremely easy.

Nice property and clean. Quiet. Easy to get to town.

We had a really good time. We didn’t do any cooking or eating in. We were always busy with wedding activities. One thing my husband wanted was a comfortable chair to sit in while he was reading. Ideally in the bedroom.

Good place to stay. Gave us plenty of space for the two of us plus our son and his girlfriend. Wish there was a laundry as we were staying a week. Jaime was super responsive when o texted her.

Nice location, close to historic district. Comfortable space and bed, it’s nice to open windows and let the fresh air in. The host was very easy to reach and and a quick responder.There’s lots to do in this beautiful little town!

Excellent, convenient, cute little place. Great organization and use of small area. The cozy belated was also a relaxing place to chill and relax. Jaimie was great to text me when the vrbo app would not open on my end-the worst and only frustrating part of the trip was the vrbo app. I’d recommend this place fire anyone

The place was cute and clean! It is only a half mile from downtown, unfortunately, road construction kept us from walking there.It was surprisingly comfortable without air-conditioning.We would definitely stay again!

This place was cozy and just the right size for me (could be nice for a couple, too)! The kitchen was stocked with many items needed to cook meals. The owner, Jaime, kept in touch with me to ensure I had all I needed during my stay! THANK YOU!!!

Very convenient, well-equipped apt. Perfect for a weekend wedding trip. 5 minutes to downtown fun but quiet. We liked the little private patio.

Very nice with all the basic necessities for comfortable living. Convenient, private location with easy access to downtown Salida.

Basic lodging with minimum accessories - no dishwasher or clothes washer and old three burner stove. Otherwise adequate.Main problem is that there is very little insulation between floors so that in this ground-floor unit every footstep and loud voice in second floor unit can be clearly heard. The good news is that the landlord was very responsive to my complaints and called the upstairs unit to request quiet.

This was a nice property but part of a larger house and you could hear everything from the rest of the house.

Nice place to stay in the small town of Salida. This place has everything that was needed, especially in the kitchen. The host was very friendly and the communication before check in and during the stay was open and friendly. Would recommend!

Stayed for the weekend for a wedding. About a 15 min walk into town. Everything was clean and nicely stocked.

Lovely pad would stay again.
