Iconia: Historic Mansion, Heated Pool, 9 Bedrooms

This house is amazing! Such a cool property. We loved our stay.

My 3rd time doing a retreat at the Iconia Mansion. The house is complete with everything you'll need and the owners and Peter are very responsive to anything you need. We needed a monitor to be brought into the dining room area to hold our meeting and they immediately took care of making sure we had it in time for our meeting to start.The house is very comfortable with 8 or 9 bedrooms and all fully equipped with plugs by each bed, towels and toiletries and hair dryers, and the kitchen was also stocked with all the glassware, dinnerware, kitchen gadgets needed. We respected the no noise after 9pm rule so brought the group indoors in the evening. Will gladly book this property again.

This house was incredible. The mid-century architecture was stunning and felt like we were stepping back in time to a different era.The living room had a great screen/projector set up so our meetings were super productive and comfortable.We had a group of 7 and we're very comfortable. The rooms have enough separation between levels and wings of the house that it felt quite private.The communication with property management before and during our stay was very fast and efficient. I would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed in the villa for our yearly family vacation with kids and grandkids. It's a great place for that with plenty of room for all of us and a great pool. Also lots of fun things to to in the surroundings to keep us all entertained when we weree not in the pool. The host was super responsive when we had any questions or things that needed attention.

Overall, the property was great—fun, well-equipped, and it suited our needs perfectly. The location and layout worked really well for our group.The only hiccup was that the water was turned off when we arrived. I spent some time on the phone with the property manager walking around trying to troubleshoot, and eventually someone had to be sent out to fix it. Once resolved, everything went smoothly from there.Despite the rocky start, we’d still consider staying again!

The house was amazing. Perfect spot for a large group of friends. They were also amazing hosts ensuring our stay was exactly what we wanted it to be.

Great house for a offsite

From the moment we booked this house, it was a 5 star experience all the way through! I wish I could given this review 10 stars! Peter and Sarah were beyond helpful when we asked questions about our trip to the area. They gave great recommendations and were responsive answering our questions within a day or two. We were a group of 9 ladies celebrating my birthday, and we loved the house. It was a flashback to the 70’s! They have kept this house in perfect condition and it was fun noticing all of the details. The house was well set up for a large group and accommodated everyone’s needs. We had a private chef and yoga instructor come in and it was seamless. The pool was heated and the hot tub was great with all the jets - so relaxing! The check out process was the icing on the cake- so easy and kind. They told us to do nothing and enjoy our vacation. I also want to add that I accidentally had a few packages sent to the house the next week. Thank you, Sarah, for returning them for me! We will definitely be back again! We were sad to go!

This house was fantastic. It was a great location and great view to wake up to in the mornings. However, there are a lot of stairs in between rooms and tight bathrooms which make the space challenging for kids and those with accessibility needs. The property manager was great. He responds super fast to any needs you might have. He always checks up on you to make sure you're enjoying the best stay you could have. We all had fun in the house and enjoyed our stay there.

One of a kind property in a beautiful location. The layout was super well suited for our group, with lots of spaces to relax and enjoy each other's time. The host is great - very responsive and kind, with all the amenities you need/expect. Would love to stay at this property again. Thank you so much!

The house was everything we wanted it to be. The hosts were communicative and very helpful. They suggested nearby restaurants and golf courses for our guests. We will definitely entertain at this house again.
