The kitchen is fully equipped and built to handle the crew, featuring a large commercial-style gas range, oversized refrigerator, and plenty of prep space — perfect for cooking up the day’s catch.

The entire first floor is designed for fun and relaxing after a day on the water, with a wide-open hangout space that includes a pool table, dart board, giant Jenga, TV lounge, and the original bar. Large sliding doors open directly to the outdoor living area and canal, creating an easy indoor-outdoor flow.
