This property is in one of the best locations at Smiths Beach. It is walking distance to both the general store and Smiths Beach. The beach is both suitable for children or the serious surfer and is patrolled from late December to Easter.

Stayed Jan 3, 2025Well well well, blended family and friends this is a place you wanna book.Hosts are easy to communicate with and we wanted for nothing. Heads up no wifi but it wasn't an issue. Suggest if you have young kids find those DVD's you have put in storage. Highly recommend this place and look forward to being able to return. Wish it wasn't so popular.... this review will not help us! But had to rave about it you have put in stoahe

Stayed Dec 27, 2024We had such a wonderful time staying here during our trip to Phillip Island! The location was perfect—close to the Penguin Parade, Smiths Beach, and so many other attractions. The accommodation was spotless and had fantastic facilities that made our stay incredibly comfortable.Our kids absolutely loved the activities available, which kept them entertained the whole time. From the moment we arrived, the owners were friendly and easy to deal with, making everything stress-free. Overall, it was a perfect family getaway, highly recommend!

Stayed Nov 2, 2024We loved our family holiday! Plenty for the kids to do at Philip Island and also at the house. A short walk to the beach for a surf. The corner shop was so convenient for takeaway meals, coffee and ice creams. The house was well appointed and it was great to have a break from wifi

Stayed Sep 29, 2024Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property. Location was great, easy walk to the beach and cafe. It’s obvious the owners are dog-lovers and so we felt very relaxed with our dog there. The kids enjoyed playing table tennis! Jochen was excellent with communication and we really appreciated the late check out. The only negative for us was the bed in the master bedroom. The mattress was very hard and the doona very light. We ended up moving beds as the bed in the 2nd queen room was much more comfortable and the doona was thicker. Maybe a decent mattress topper could help for future guests? We would be happy to stay again.

Stayed Sep 12, 2024We had a lovely 5 day stay . House was perfect, we had everything we needed. Great location, walk to cafe and beach. Nice quiet area , can hear the waves crashing. We were able to take our dog, he loved it too.

Stayed Jun 8, 2024The family all enjoyed our stay at this property. Kids loved the large games room and the dog loved the big sized yard. Lovely view out the back and great location so close to the beach. Would love to come back and stay during the summer time too!
