Nestled in the hills west of Lucca, about 90 meters above sea level and 10 km (20 minutes) from the city walls, the holiday home La Capanna di Arturo Ground Floor offers you a beautiful view of the Pisan mountains, with Pisa and the Tyrrhenian Sea beyond.



The farmhouse is part of a courtyard surrounded by olive trees, dating back to the 1700s, carefully restored and furnished in a Country Chic style. It consists of two units, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor,each with its own private entrance.



The ground floor, accessible without steps, features a spacious living room of about 30 sqm, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, accommodating up to 4 guests. Upon request, an additional single bed can be arranged in the living room.



Amenities include Wi-Fi (ideal for browsing and checking emails; the rural hillside location encourages digital disconnection), TV, air conditioning, books and toys for children, crib, and high chair.



The holiday home offers a private outdoor area with a garden and barbecue facilities.



There is also a shared outdoor space with the first-floor unit, where you can relax in the peaceful surroundings, use sun loungers, deck chairs, and access a small gym with fitness equipment.



The location is strategic: Pisa (30 min), the sea (30 min), Florence (50 min), Pistoia (30 min), and Livorno (40 min) are all easily reachable.
