Historic Short 7th Ave Bungalow near Laurel's Historic District!

We liked that the accommodations were exactly if not better than advertised. Loved the decor! So pleasing, welcoming and comfortable. Location was excellent for walking and/or driving to the various locations we wished to visit. The value of the lodging was excellent-we’ve paid more for less so getting more than expected was great! Ample extra linens/blankets were available which was very nice. Having a coded lock on the door was wonderful because it avoided the need to keep up with a key. It was nice that the thermostat settings were not limited for the duration of our stay; it allowed us to be very comfortable while in the residence. For those of us who are technologically challenged, communicating via text/internet only was disturbing. No phone contact number was available and the host did not make any phone contact. Gaining access to the lodging required obtaining the code and instructions via devices which was a little concerning. Parking instructions were to park as close to the building as possible to allow another vehicle to park along side our vehicle. That area is too limited to comfortably accommodate two vehicles and the tree on the right next to the building was quite troubling going in and coming out. Overall this property deserves a 10 rating in our opinion. Thanks.

What a cute, clean and convenient place for our 2 night stay! Everything we needed for a very fun and restful stay as we took in all the sights! Looked exactly like the pictures! Great cold AC, a wonderful kitchen, bathroom, twin beds plus a sofa sleeper, a Roku TV and a washer/dryer unit! It was a super experience! Plus Denise, our guide with Bolton Golf Cart Tours, was superb!

What a super cute neat and tidy place! Small but big enough to have everything I needed. So convenient to have a washer/dryer.Host was kind and informative. Close to downtown. Parking is a bit wonky - but off the street, private and safe. I would definitely stay again!

We were actually surprised when we arrived because we have checked in to some that looked nothing like the ones shown on the internet. This one was exactly as portrayed. Very cute and extremely clean. Rose was very responsive to any questions. Would highly recommend

What a beautiful little cottage so close to downtown! Although my stay in Laurel was only one night, I believe this location would be a perfect place to have as a base for exploring the area.

Every step of the process was quite a breeze. The property was adorable, clean and up to date. All the perfect touches to make our stay a comfortable as possible. We will be back!

This rental was so clean and tidy. I haven’t felt so comfortable in a vacation rental in years—they are hardly ever this well taken care of. Walkable to many restaurants and stores. This was a very relaxing way to spend a couple nights mid-road trip. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone. Amazing value for the price.

We ate out . Never cooked. We just made coffee. But everything was fine and available. It was just the right size for the two of us. Thanks for having such a cute place.

This was a great place to stay. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had all the necessary items needed. Make sure to bring coffee k-cups so you don’t run out. Bathroom was clean and spacious. Could use additional toilet paper, but maybe should have brought some with us to make sure we had enough throughout our stay.

Such a cute little spot! My mom and I came to Laurel for the weekend for the first time and we absolutely loved it! Great location..you can walk to downtown easily. It was decorated well and made us feel right at home!

The absolute perfect spot! Quiet and very well kept. Couldn’t get over the great water pressure in the shower…sounds weird but was a definite plus. Within walking distance to downtown Laurel. Hands down a due again!

This was our first Vrbo experience so we didn’t know what to expect. We were very pleased that Rose gave us all the information we needed upfront. Her instructions were complete and easy to understand.The property was fantastic. It was located very near all the things we wanted to see in Laurel. We loved the setup in our unit and very much enjoyed our stay.If we’re lucky enough to visit Laurel again, we would love to stay at Reunion House again!

We had a great rest. We were thankful for the water bottles and the soap for the dishwasher and washing machine. It was great to park by the door. It made unloading easy. We didn’t read the description well enough so were surprised by two single beds but we managed

Wow, what a cute little place close to everything! Rose was such a good communicator recommending places to visit and restaurants to try. The Bungalow had a few local books and flyers which also helped guide us to a few Home Town things while visiting Laurel MS. This is a great small town and if you're panning a visit, I recommend you check out one of the Reunion House properties!

Cozy, comfortable, and clean! So convenient to downtown and the historic District. I enjoyed strolling the beautiful, tree-lined streets and taking in all the amazing architecture. Although I was traveling alone with my dog, this property also would an excellent getaway for two.

Beautiful bungalow. We had a very nice stay.

Cute and cozy little place close to shopping and restaurants. There are two comfortable twin beds and a roll-a-way bed that’s folded up. The living/kitchenette area has a loveseat and a comfortable chair. We each had a bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth. Extra blankets are in the closet and plenty of shampoo, body wash, and lotion are available. We appreciated the two bottles of water that were provided. Everything is super cute. We had everything we needed. Rose is great. The entrance is at the back and you can park at the door. Would be fine to stay here again.

Very close to shopping and food

Loved the little house /bungalow- parking would have been impossible with our suv if there would have been another vehicle present. Place is very clean- though it is very small its space was used well. Beds very comfortable! Easy foot access to restaurants and shops. Definitely perfect place for no more than two people who plan to explore and shop more than hang out at property. All locals are super sweet and helpful - host was as well.

This is an adorable place for a stay went with my sister. Fair warning on Sundays and Mondays, lots is closed, but we still have a lovely time.

The apartment was decorated so cute! It had everything you might need. The beds were a little soft for our taste but the location made up for the beds. Very walkable. Also a good icecream place close by. We would gladly stay at this sweet place again.

Great location - not in the smack middle of downtown but close enough to walk to everything (Bird Dog is right across the street). Best shower ever. Washer and drier! compact but has everything you need.

The unit is part of a cottage broken up. It’s very tiny but was perfect for us (3 adults). The unit contains just about anything you’d need to visit and stay in Laurel and very clean. It was an easy and quick walk to the downtown area. We had one question which was answered immediately!!Would definitely recommend this bungalow!

This bungalow unit on Short 7th Ave was a perfect choice for our 3 night stay in Laurel. The unit was lovely and was immaculately clean. The beds were very comfortable and the large step-in shower a real plus. The kitchen was well-equipped. The location was very quiet yet an easy walk to downtown shops and restaurants. The host, Rose, was quick to respond and helpful. We highly recommend this unit.

I took my momma to a bucket list town of Laurel. Wanting a special place to stay. Not a stale hotel room. I found this property and it met and exceeded my goal for comfortable clean and memorable. Location was great for exploring the town with my momma. Ms King…. You are an exceptional owner and a kind caring person . I wish you had more properties throughout the country.
