The home was perfect for the two of us. We were able to easily walk to restaurants, the river and parks, grocery store; etc. it was super clean and unlike many rentals, we were provided with some basic kitchen supplies, bathroom supplies; etc. it was bright and airy.

Very convenient location just couple blocks from town center, yet quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable free standing cottage. My Sister and I really enjoyed our stay. Renee is a great hostess!

The house is cute and clean. Very convenient walk to the main downtown/river access. The property was accurately discribed in the listing. Manager is very accommodating without intruding. We enjoyed our short stay very much!

An ideal location in Salida. Can just park your car and walk to everything plus it is a short drive into the mountains for hiking.

House was built probably late 1800's and recently remodeled. It was nice. As stated in the description only one bath and it is accessible through one of the bedrooms. Not a problem for us. Enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Owners are next door and will take care of any problems.

This home is in a very nice location just blocks away from downtown Salida. The house was very clean and very comfortable. There was great communication with the host throughout our stay. We would definitely stay at this property in the future.

We really enjoyed our 7-day stay. Everything is to the 9's. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a washer and dryer. All instructions and information are well organized.I would highly recommend this house for a vacation.

Clean and well-equipped. Easy keypad entry. Full kitchen plus a very nice Weber gas grill that worked the 1st time. Short walk to downtown shops and easy access to Hwy 50 for fishing or sightseeing. Fenced in back patio, but our favorite was the front porch, where we had afternoon tea and cookies, and later--a glass of wine before dinner. It worked out great for us.

We really enjoyed our stay for the Salida Fiber Festival. The property was clean and cozy. It was a perfect distance from downtown for walking. Salida is a really cute town. Definitely would come back and book this place!
