Stayed Jun 20, 2025The location of this house is perfect! About a 5 minute walk to the beach with a playground on the way. The beach itself was not super crowded for a summer weekend. The house itself was very clean and had everything we needed including a little futon in the primary bedroom for our son to sleep on. We will definitely check availability of this house for our next Santa Cruz/Aptos trip!

Stayed Dec 26, 2024We are a family of 4 adults and two children 18 month old and 7 year old … We all enjoyed our stay.. The downstairs and the main bedroom are spacious .. The layout is excellent for families .. The bedroom listed as having a queen bed was small for 2 adults and its size was like a double ..The main bedroom is large and very comfortable .. The only suggestion I have is to put a door for privacy that leads to the bathroom!The house was well stocked with kitchen appliances, utensils and cookware .. It was unexpected to have baskets of toys, games and books for children which was greatly appreciated .. The location was fantastic with a small lovely part and a short walk from the park to a quiet pretty beach…Kendall and Potter management company were very responsive and gave clear and in depth instructions .. We enjoy a return visit in the future ..

Stayed Jun 24, 2024We had such an amazing stay here. The Hawaiian themed house was so beautifully put together and spacious. Fully stocked kitchen is always welcome too. The location is to die for. A quick 5 minute walk to Rio Del Mar Beach. Great stretch of coastline. Thankyou for an amazing stay!
