This home is a perfect coastal getaway for vacations with friends and family. The Harvey House comfortably sleeps 6 adults, with additional room for children under 12.

Harvey House features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and includes spaciousliving/entertainment spaces with a brand new kitchen, updated finishes and multi-zone AC/heat system. The property is equipped with a large enclosed backyard featuring a hot tub, fire pit and stone patio with outdoor seating and a grill.

You will have access to the entire property, which consists of:

Bedrooms
All 3 bedrooms are located on the main floor. The master bedroom includes a king bed, 42-inch TV, desk and a large closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a dresser, desk and closet. The third bedroom features a queen and twin bed with a dresser and closet and includes a private half-bathroom.

Indoor Living/Entertainment
Spanning 2000+ sqft, Harvey House features a brand new kitchen and a recently renovated basement equipped with a ping pong table and 65-inch TV. Relax on the large sectional in the family room or enjoy meals with family and friends in the dining area on the main floor.

Kitchen
Enjoy crafting meals in the brand new kitchen, fully stocked with everything you need, including dishes, glasses, mugs, pots, pans, bakeware, and spices. In addition to cookware, the kitchen includes a coffee maker, Nespresso machine (pods not included), and electric kettle.

Outdoor Fun/Relaxation
The spacious backyard is perfect for fun and relaxation. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub or kick back in adirondack chairs and enjoy the firepit. The stone patio is equipped with a Weber grill and an outdoor table that seats 8. The backyard is fenced-in and has ample grass space for fun and games.

Amenities
The Harvey House is stocked with amenities for your entertainment including beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and outdoor games. For the occasional rainy day, choose between dozens of puzzles and games. All bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and soap. We provide full linens for all bedrooms and an ample supply of towels for the home and beach.

Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood near Newport Vineyards, the location is an ideal hideaway with central access to Middletown beaches and Newports top attractions.

Guests will have access to the entire property during their stay. Guest access is managed via keypad entry.

The Harvey House has parking for five vehicles in the spacious driveway and one-car garage. 5 cars is the maximum allowed at this property. Parking on the street is not allowed and strictly enforced. Most of what is in the area will be best accessed via a car or rideshare (Uber/Lyft).

*There is one security camera on the property looking over the driveway. There are no cameras in any private guest spaces.*
