Nan’s house was the perfect house to relax in after the busy holidays. Comfortable, clean, attention to detail. Would love to come back!

We absolutely loved our month at Nan’s house. The beautifully landscaped yard, peaceful deck, and outdoor shower made it the perfect summer retreat. The neighborhood is quiet, charming, and full of coastal character—with a beautiful nearby church adding to the quaint vibe. The owners are truly lovely people who clearly take great care in maintaining the home inside and out. Everything was spotless, welcoming, and well-appointed.We can’t recommend this property enough and already can’t wait to come back. Thank you for sharing your special place with us!

The house is so adorable and everything you could possibly need. It was organized not only for the kitchen but closets and extras too. Little touches like an ice maker, pet gates, outdoor candles to sit on the deck.... We had our mini goldendoodle with us for the trip and he LOVED the huge yard and back deck. The owners Katherine and Jaime were very communicative and ready for any need that may have come up. Very centrally located to all we planned to do. 15 minutes to beautiful wineries, 10 minutes to Newport, farmers market across the main road, beaches just a few minutes away too. The beds and couches were comfortable and tv's all set for streaming your favorite shows. If you are traveling with kids, there is a great kids bedroom upstairs and they even have their own sitting room with games, tv's and flip out chairs that become beds if needed. This is a must rent if you are looking to get away to the beautiful coast for a bit!

Such a beautiful home, well stocked and so welcoming! Had everything we needed, as if we were in our own home! Beautiful backyard view from the dining room, where the warm morning sun would shine through. The deck was a favorite spot to just relax and enjoy nature. Katherine was quick to respond to questions and provided many suggestions for places to visit. The home is in a convenient location, close to many attractions. We loved our time here! Hope to visit again someday.

What can I say but simply the best from the minute I had questions about the rental to when we sadly needed to leave. The house is meticulous and located in a family friendly neighborhood. You are a short drive to Narragansett and very close to Newport. And we forgot a book and Katherine was so nice to ship the book the next day to my home. It is a 10/10

Our week in Saunderstown was wonderful! The house is exactly as described and we loved the quiet garden and neighborhood. Katherine is a great host and made us feel welcome. The homegrown lettuce was unexpected and lovely, the peonies in full bloom colored the dining table and the porch overlooking the garden is calming. We’ll be back!
